I'm not as impressed with grumpys as I used to be. Just an average breakfast place. Wish I could say better.

This was and more than likely will stay as my best restaurant visit of 2025! I have found a absolute gem of a restaurant here and from the moment I saw the sign I was hooked. Immediately I knew this was going to be fantastic not only by the smell of the establishment but the waiter working my table. This gentleman hit every single mark. I ordered the #9 Country fried steak with hash browns and a Hazelnut coffee. My partner ordered cinnamon roll pancakes and a side of biscuits and gravy.
The coffee, excellent, the waiter made sure to top me off I didn't not have to ask. With the first bite of their gravy on a biscuit I was in love. I haven't had biscuits and gravy of this quality ever in my life. The country fried steak almost melted it was the perfect cut cooked to perfection topped with life changing gravy. I managed to steal a bite of pancakes as well and it wad divine. I will be back and I will have to try as much of this establishments food as I can.

No matter how busy they are the customer service and acknowledgment is impeccable. We are always greeted and every waitress we have ever had is always above and beyond. This place gets packed and the service is always on point no matter what. We always try new places but, always end up right back here at least 2-3 months. My kids love it! Very kid friendly environment as well. Many occasions even the owner is out on the floor helping his team.!

The breakfast was the best ever!! Eggs scrambled perfect.french toast was delightful bacon was a lot had to give to my husband to finish. Never will I go anywhere else for breakfast again. We were very pleased

Excellent service and food! I really enjoyed the fried chicken eggs Benedict! Only wished they would put more hollandaise sauce on it! The fried jalapenos are an excellent touch!

I've only been here once, but the experience was awesome, food was great, everything was made like I asked, they use half & half for their coffee, not coffeemate like everywhere else🤢.. don't have not 1 complaint, Our Waitress was Jennifer and she was great, always checking to make sure we were good, I would highly recommend this location.I will definitely be returning,
Update...This is definitely my go to for eating out.. just went again recently and the food was still awesome, our waiter was great, so polite, and always checking on us to make sure he was good, His name was Desmond I Believe keep up the great work very nice young man😊

Grumpy's in Middleburg is one of my favorite places to eat. The portions are big. The food is excellent. And, they serve food doesn't raise my blood sugar too much! Ayla is a great manager who always calls me by name and makes me feel welcome! Victor is a huge asset to this restaurant: he notices drink levels lowering and brings refills without asking, he checks on his "clients" but doesn't annoy them and he is friendly while still being professional! This is an excellent place to spend my food dollars!
