For fast food, great place. Biscuits and gravy are as close to homemade as you will get eating out. Would like to say Christy and James go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasure. James is always upbeat and friendly. Christy keeps things going, efficient and Friendly. This could/ should be a model store for new employees.

The lady working the drive-through in the morning times is always fantastic. She’s always super sweet. And Always apologizes if there is a wait. Idk if she’s a manager but she’s definitely giving manager material if not! These are the kind of employees these places need

I ordered a #5 no Mayo only ketchup still had Mayo didn’t see they have tomatoes on it it was smashed looking like it was sloppy! It’s still good but the bread is not supposed to be smashed it was like they smashed it down 🤦🏽♀️ the fries were not fresh

I love Hardee’s, but this is by far the worst Hardees I’ve ever been to in the state of Florida. absolutely horrible customer service and the workers look so grimy and disgusting . Lack of customer, service or gratitude. I would love for the Hardee’s corporation to reach out to me because I cannot get a hold of them. I would love to share the two videos that I’ve gotten.

I never really eat fast food but this Hardee’s has the best food and service especially in middleburg burgers are as good as ever and the new chicken wraps always fast and fresh me and my girl Went through and were asked to park and say only 1-2 minutes before the food was brought out hot and fresh some of the best fast food I’ve had in a while. Refreshing to get good service for a fast food spot with great food.

This place blew us out of the water. Came through the drive through 30 minutes before close. Burger was hot a fresh, tea was fresh sweet and good, fries were fresh and salted perfectly, chicken sandwich was actually made fresh when we ordered. They did all of this and we barely had any wait for the food. I 100% recommend to anyone passing through. The amazing employees they have working nights here are getting harder and harder to find in today’s world. Give those fine folks a raise !!

Over the last several years, it has been hit and miss with this Hardee’s. For some reason here lately it’s been more miss than anything else. This is why I had to come in and change my review. It was a four star now it’s gracefully a one star. I don’t know if it’s from lack of sleep lack of enthusiasm for the job or we’ll just go with medicated, but some of the employees are like zombies and don’t even make eye contact. Then we’ll get into the food. For what you pay you might as well go to a huddle house or waffle House, and have a real sitdown breakfast. Even with coupons ordering off the value menu it’s not worth your dollar. I highly recommend that you move on today’s experience again. The lady at the drive-through was like a zombie. Didn’t even make eye contact just stuck my bag out the window and waited for me to grab it, grabbed my drink, stuck it out the window and waited for me to grab it. No straw for my drink at all and then the biscuits were barely even cooked. Not the delicious butter biscuits that you’re used to I will say the gravy was good. And when you think of a super biscuit, you would think super means SUPER. It’s barely even a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Which that biscuit was not cooked all the way either. Then we’ll get into the barely warm extremely greasy hashbrowns. It’s sad. I really enjoy Hardee’s, but this place is really going downhill. But by all means Try it for yourself. I just don’t recommend until things change.
