I’ve been eating at KFC my whole life, and I’ve visited many different KFC locations over the years. Normally, the portions are generous, the chicken is juicy, well-prepared, good quality, and I always receive exactly what I order — never missing a piece of chicken. Unfortunately, this specific KFC location is a complete disappointment. This is already the second time I come here, and the food has been extremely poorly made. The portions are noticeably smaller compared to other KFC locations, even though the price is the same. The chicken was dry, badly cooked, low quality, and overall tasted terrible. Compared to other KFCs, where the food is bigger, juicier, and properly prepared, this location clearly does not meet the standard that KFC is known for. Paying the same amount of money for such poor food is unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location unless there is a serious improvement.

I just went and my order was wrong .I ordered 3pc box meal of all dark meat..I received 1 wing and 1 breast pc . not even 3 pcs.. I also ordered 3 tenders original recipe and got 3 pc extra crisp... very disappointed.. have got there many times... will check out orders from now on..

KFC doesn't have any secret spices anymore, not even salt and pepper. The chicken and mashed potatoes were gross. And the staff are walking around talking and ignoring us while we were waiting for food that's been sitting in a warmer. Trust me microwave some frozen chicken and rehydrate some potatoes and you will get the same results, but for it to truly taste the same don't bother with seasoning not even salt and paper. 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

Manager was busy with his phone while attending to me seems like his attention was elsewher. I give my full attention in any situation as this. I would of expected the same. Other than that all was well.

How difficult is it when your the only customer in the drive thru to get the order correct especially when your ordering meals. We purchased 2 boxed meals and a children meal. Got the order , got home - No kids meal in the bag. KfC has good food but you had better pull all of your order out of the bag and make sure its correct before you drive away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Restaurant did not give us our complete order that we paid for and refused to refund us or try to help us. Whoever was on the phone was very hard to understand and refused to let us speak to anyone else about the issue, including when we asked for a manager and he also refused to tell us his name. Do not go to this location. Corporate should be involved, very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible. Tea was nasty, order was wrong. Employee at counter argued on what my order was. I ordered the strips and got a 4 peice and was told no I wanted the 4 peice. I left with no food or money. Only go here if you want to be scammed
I like this KFC because they are fast and 9/10 times has everything perfectly ordered. Service is always good. I ordered a lot of food. Got home and realized we were missing a Mc n cheese and mashed potatoes. I called up, told them about it and they were very courteous about it. I couldn't come back same day because we live a bit away, but they said we can pick up the next day if in the area. We are a family of 7 and don't get to go out often. I really appreciate them taking their time to make it right.

KFC in my opinion always has the best friend chicken, their nuggets are pretty darned good too. Service is a bit slow but the restaurant is clean.
This place needs closed down. It stinks when you come in. The staff all have horrible attitudes. There is zero Air conditioning. And the bathrooms as absolutely disgusting. It’s completely unacceptable.
