Pizza is always good but poor service and there are never any pizzas ready. How hard is it to cook 10 pizzas and have them hot and ready to go before rush hour dinner time?

I just found out that there's a Little Caesars off of Hodges and Beach yesterday. It's hot and fresh , fast service plus they have seasoning for the pizza at this location. No plates but only the Merrill Rd location has had those in the past yr or so when I ask for them.
I hope the owner of this business sees this. I walked in with my son asked for 3 pepperoni pizzas the dude with dreads and a mouth full of gold said these words exactly you can gimme that cash but you ain’t getting no change.standing there shocked I said excuse me he said if you give me cash I’m not giving you change. You can use a card if that’s a problem rolling his eyes shaking his head acting like trash.i said you can talk to me normally he said I am. Not sure how many others you will loose but I won’t be coming back there

Immaculate and clean, but literally the rudest staff I’ve ever had the bad luck to experience in years. The guy with the gold teeth is absolutely atrocious and extremely rude. I don’t even want to eat what I ordered, because I’m afraid they did something to it.

My kids love Little Caesars, I don't. Until now. These pizzas were incredible, they were loaded with cheese and toppings. The crust was fresh and flavorful. The guys working were so friendly and welcoming. It was nice to have great service as it's rare these days. Great job!

Crooks!! Debited my card. Refuse to give me my order. Says no order exists. I have 2 emails. One is a receipt of the transaction. Took my money!!!! I'm not stopping here. Someone is gonna be in big trouble by the time I get done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

My complain its not about the quality food It’s about the customer service at this particularly store, “it’s terrible”. The waiting time it’s ridiculous, my last time there was this week and not more. The dependent was very impolite. She don’t know how management a business store like this one. Also she looked like frustrated and bad mood, was my third time there and I cannot see any attitude change, the customer deserve respect, …learn how do it..!
