The service was terrible. When Joe is working the service runs smoothly. When Joe isn't here it is terrible. We place our order inside 30 minutes ago, and haven't even received our order. They are moving the cars through the drive thru fast but ignoring the customer inside waiting. Amd the lobby is packed not a table empty they are all full, and every table os waiting on there orders also for the last 30 minutes. Terrible service, and when we received our order it was cold. For charging people $10.00 for a meal you should have better service
