Drive thru attendant rude like he didn’t want to take order. Then ordered two meals with sauces on the side. It’s on receipt and still no sauces in bag. No napkins. Just rude customer service. They could learn a thing or two from Chic-fil-A

2 days in a row now I have had to leave the drive-thru after sitting there for 10 minutes after placing my order this place has gone down horribly this used to be the best McDonald's in Clay County the food was always fresh and fast something has happened here when people are on a 30-minute lunch break spend 8 minutes driving to your restaurant 10 minutes sitting in a Drive-Thru before I even get my food and then have to pull off because I sat there for actually 13 minutes and have another 8 minute drive back to my job impossible to do in 30 minutes

I typically visit this location often. But I will not be returning, recently the manager was very rude. There is no way that they are going to keep a thriving business with managers who don’t care about the customers. On a positive note the two younger associates working were very kind. I couldn’t believe that I got taken better care of by the associates there than the actual manager. You can tell who really cares about their job. The fact that management cannot be nice to a customer who is being polite and kind to them. Is beyond me.

McDonald's has become the garbage of fast food. The food looks like they pulled it out of a toilet. The taste is okay. The restaurants are usually dirty. The king of fast food has fallen. It's just a disgusting place to eat now. The prices are outrageous. I recommend going somewhere else. So SO disappointing.
Text book McDonald's. Fast, fresh and consistent. Although two adults and two kids costing $45 is pretty steep.

My online mobile app order in which I placed 10 min before I got there took over an hour for them to figure out. Mind you I was the ONLY one there when I arrived. Even after I had to complain the ENTIRE order was wrong they STILL couldn’t get it right. How is this location even open and functioning? Corporate needs to step in and get this location together or shut it down.
