This place is 50/50. Depends on what Manger is there.
Like today, this manger every single time we go, he messes up our order. Now it just seems like he does it for fun against us. Always put onions in our stuff even when we ask and the hamburger says there is none on it. We get half our fries in our stuff or no fries at all. Every single time when this person is there, we get our order wrong. When hes not there, our order is perfect.

Came late tonight and the manager was so kind and apologetic for the wait as they were short staffed then at the second window Jayden went and got hot fries for my order when he didn’t need too … they were awesome and kept such a great attitude while being short staffed. Thank you guys for being open you two were amazing and help make my night end on a great note !

Sooo…. I wasn’t going to come on here and bash you guys, but since you forgot my sauce for my chicken nuggets AGAIN…. I feel spiritually obligated.

Y’all need to do a deep clean of your facility. When you are at the drive thru window it stinks! 😷 🤢 There is a putrid, unclean smell coming from inside your facility. The smell has been there for weeks! You probably need to use a really good degreaser.

As the millennials would say, it smells like a can of bounce that azzz.

If you are closed Thanksgiving you might want to shut down the app. I placed an order for my son to pickup and he got to store and everything was locked up. I’m perfectly fine with you all being closed to be with family. The app is the problem.

Poor no clue how to make a quarter pounder Deluxe, ordered pull up i was told to pull in spot 1 as they dropped sandwich had to make a new one, 22 min later nothing, had to go had places to be, the frozen coke good and cold . Ice cream lol

Drive thru attendant rude like he didn’t want to take order. Then ordered two meals with sauces on the side. It’s on receipt and still no sauces in bag. No napkins. Just rude customer service. They could learn a thing or two from Chic-fil-A

2 days in a row now I have had to leave the drive-thru after sitting there for 10 minutes after placing my order this place has gone down horribly this used to be the best McDonald's in Clay County the food was always fresh and fast something has happened here when people are on a 30-minute lunch break spend 8 minutes driving to your restaurant 10 minutes sitting in a Drive-Thru before I even get my food and then have to pull off because I sat there for actually 13 minutes and have another 8 minute drive back to my job impossible to do in 30 minutes

It's mcdonald's so there's that. I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra ketchup and pickles. 2 pickles and almost no ketchup...another fail.
