Fries are usually cold, limp, and over salted. Polly, the store manager, does not treat the employees like humans and has made many people quit recently due to her behavior. Between the understaffing and rude management, I wouldn't suggest this location.

I just ordered a sausage McMuffin bit into it felt a crunch and I immediately spit out my food and a screw was in it. Wow that could of caused damage

November 14, 2025. Usually this McDonald's is so clean and nice. That's why I go there but today it was dirty and slow and a gang of employees were hanging around outside while inside was a mess. Not the usual McDonald's I know. I guess I expected too much. Something seems to have happened there that has turned the tide.

THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING! Doesn’t matter if you deliver, go inside or the drive thru they always forget something on your order. McDonald’s has become so terrible. WHAT IS THIS?? Crazy they served me this and didn’t give me my fries.

Not the same as it was a few years ago, I feel like the wall in the dinning room makes it very easy for the staff to avoid anyone at the counter, making people who want to order inside have to wait a very long time to be helped. However if DeeDee is working I can say drive-threw and counter both get the same attention , and food comes a lot faster!

I got the wrong mcflurry and I want you guys to know. I ordered an oreo mcflurry and I got an m&m mcflurry.
Ask for a quarter. Pounder with cheese No onion and pickle was given a big Mac And of course, no one's in pickle rang my order app incorrect and when I said that's not what I ordered. I asked for a quarter pounder, that's not with the receipt, says well that ain't what her finger touched will not go back, no more wasted my money.

My experience in this location on uber eats and in person is ALWAYS great staff is kind and helpful I was in there this weekend and a creepy man kept staring at my daughter and even came up if my face just to talk about house beautiful She is and if she was a cowgirl just weird questions she is rambunctious so I had to start holding her hand to keep her close after this interaction BUT the manager she was great she was talking with us , gave my daughter a happy meal toy and even walked us out to the parking lot and waited a second it wasn’t until I got in the car I sat and said HOLY CRAP she was protecting Rosie I thought she was just nice but she’s even better! She went above and being to give great customer service and keep her customers safe
