Service was very very slow. Oatmeal was watery and uncooked. Sugar packets had coffee spilled on them which made the sugar hard and unusable. If I wanted coffee with my sugar I would have ordered it. Didn't find all this out until 30 minutes later.

HORRIBLE ever since the remodel! Did the management change? I guess the old employees started working somewhere else during the remodel because now that it’s back open, it’s the slowest fast food place around! It used to be one of the quickest and they always got your order right. Now they can never get your order right, the food is cold, and you’ll wait 30 minutes before leaving the drive thru without your food! Ridiculous. Skip this one and go to Fleming Island or Orange Park!

I have been going to this McDonald’s for almost my whole life. the service is amazing. No matter the time of day the drive time is always really fast. They have never messed up my order. The staff is really nice and helpful. Very clean lobby.

I was there lunchtime. I ordered a filet of fish combo and 6 nuggets. It took 23 minutes and had to go back in to remind them about my food. 7 minutes to eat and get back to work. Unacceptable for the lunch hour. Your better than that mcd's! Your on my done with you list.

Ever since they remodeled and opened again their customer service has been awful. Lack of employees causes a wait every time you go through drive thru and the rudeness of employees Do better mcds.
