I use to come here for breakfast every morning. The guy at the drive thru the one with long black hair is rude and arrogant. I try to place my coffe order with one sugar one cream and he told me I make my order difficult. I stopped going there for almost a year but this morning I wanted to give them another shot. One again I go to drive thru and it’s him rude once again like I’m a bother trying to place an order so I canceled order went inside. I stood in line for 7 minutes nobody helped me so proceeded to the kiosks. Finally order place took another 12 minutes to get my food. Got home and the order I place was wrong I paid for cheese on my chicken biscuit and no Cheese I called and he said I would have to bring the food back. I just don’t have time for that asked for a refund on the cheese I still have to bring the food back. Either way this location is very bad attitude very bad atmosphere and will not be going back. Also the hot honey chicken sandwich was a joke there barely any sauce on it not dripping just a dab in the middle. I honestly couldn’t even taste it. I will post a pick of that also.

Consistently poor experience at this McDonald’s. Multiple times our to-go orders have been missing items, often discovered after we’re already home. While the manager will remake the food, having to drive back for a forgotten item is frustrating and not worth the time or gas. Wait times are excessive. I’ve seen customers walk out due to long delays at the counter with no staff available to take orders. Delivery drivers also regularly appear upset with how long orders take. The restaurant frequently smells unpleasant and looks dirty, and drive-thru staff lack basic customer service etiquette. When this location first opened, the food quality—especially the fries—was great, but that quickly declined within a few months. Now it’s an average fast-food location at best. Order accuracy, cleanliness, staffing, and service all need improvement.

Tonight was the last time. I have never received my order correct from this location. Not once. I’ve given them a handful of tries now. No matter if I order on the app or in person. No matter if it’s drive thru or delivery. They never ever get it correct. Tonight, not only did they not get the order correct, they filled each fry up maybeee a quarter of the way. I combined 2 large fries and 2 medium fries and got a little over 1 large fry total. Yall straight up don’t care. Times are way too tough to be playing with people’s food and money.

This McDonald’s is the absolute WORST. The slowest service at night. The morning crew is amazing but at night….wooo. BAD. Needs new ownership and management. The Garcia family needs to do some real work. No way you should have to wait 45 minutes in a drive thru line. And the employees just play around and move slow with no urgency. It’s so so so so bad. Don’t go after 4pm. Don’t waste your time or money.

I think this McDonald's raises cattle for an incredibly fresh experience because I was stuck in the drive through for over 30 mimutes before the 3 people behind me gave up, giving me the room to back out myself. Dont come here, just cook at home instead, you will probably save some time and as a bonus, it will actually be made right!

Takes a little time to get your order when you order curbside, but everyone is friendly. The only complaint I have is that they always forget my Splenda for me iced tea.
