Went last week. Waited kind of long but well worth it since I got everything I ordered and it was all made fresh. Looks like this place has turned things around for the better compared to the last time I went with a horrible experience.

Every time I come here the drive thru takes forever. The people at the first window can never find the order. The people at the second window take forever to bring food and something is literally wrong every single time.

We have gone here many time and everytime I've been there they some how always figure out a way to mess up my order for example; I ask for extra sauce and as a result I get no sauce. This place is bottom of the line McDonald's, but its the only McDonald's close to me so I have to wait 30 mins just to get some cold fries.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had going to a McDonalds! The young lady that took our order was the most pleasant person to speak with! Her name was I’mani and she is a fantastic person to be who you interact with at the store. No matter what she is making now, she deserves a raise!!

Drive thru is painfully slow and often inaccurate. Watched employees socialize and hit on girls in car in front of me while failing to promptly deliver other drivers order - to the point where they got out of the car to go inside to get their order. If you’re in a hurry avoid this location. If you want an accurate order avoid this location. It’s bad.

I was there for a simple pickup and I was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the counter. The employees were grouped in the back just talking and going about their business.
Have tried so very many times to get order from this location with hot fries. They are always cold! Kfc, bk and Wendy's have better fries. I never thought I would actually hate mcds fries! It's like they hired all the people that other fast food places in area fired.

since when did it start that when you go to McDonald’s you literally are waiting for your food the same amount of time you would be waiting at an actual restaurant for food…. This isn’t” fast food” especially not this location. It took them 20 MINS to give me TWO things. The reviews speak for themselves. They have more 1 stars than 5. Should tell u everything u need to know.

The line was long and to be expected, but once I got to the window, I was greeted by a sweet girl named Imani. I believe her name was, she was super kind, and despite her being overwhelmed and trying to clear the line, she kept a smile on her face and I just wanna give her a shout out because it’s rare to find an employee working fast food that really has a good attitude and this girl was amazing !
