Received our order. What I believed to be a pepperchini turned out to be something way worse! I had a mouthful of fire for 20 minutes! I don't know what they're doing with the peppers/jalapeños over there, but they are way too hot. My bride try to call several times just to tell them what they had done and get them to pull those off the shelf! But noone answered.

Ordered pizza with extra sauces to be delivered. Pizza arrived earlier than estimated time but they forgot the extra sauces. Called the store and they were very pleasant and said the would bring them right over. They did bring them but by then most everyone was finished ✅️ eating. Pizza and wings were very good. Everything was hot and fresh.
I've been ordering from this location for years and even though I may have had issues a few times they are always quick to fix the situation, I have to say that I've been reading some of the reviews that people have left and some of these are just ridiculous, everyone should know on certain nights they are extremely busy and people should expect that, some stated they were told a 3 hr wait time and not sure how that's possible especially when it's pickup. The longest for carryout maybe an hour, and that's only on certain occasions. Read another that said pizza was full of salt, they don't even have salt. Most of these complaints are most likely people trying to get freebies. And if you call an establishment and you're being nasty to the employees, what do you expect when they give it right back, I work in the food industry as well and I know from experience sometimes customers can be extremely rude, so you get what you give.. that's how life works, I feel they do the best they can with the situations they deal with. We love Middleburg Papa johns at our house!!!

Every pizza we've had from this location has been excellent. Tonight's pizzas were the best ever. Í wouldn't have thought that a pizza could be better than what we've been served in the past, but these were phenomenal!

Sadly I have to give a 1 star review. Ordered our food via the app. Said it was coming. An hour and half later out of nowhere 'order canceled'. Called the store, spoke to the manager. She comped the pizza but when I ask for a simple free order of something 'Sorry you didn't order it to begin with so I can't do that'.....
Meanwhile we are still waiting on an order that ' canceled' out of nowhere and 'free' but that bs attitude.
Yea. Done with Papa John's which sadly I was a big supporter of.
Adios. Hope you actually deliver our 'free' food that I ordered almost 2 hours ago.
