Sadly I have to give a 1 star review. Ordered our food via the app. Said it was coming. An hour and half later out of nowhere 'order canceled'. Called the store, spoke to the manager. She comped the pizza but when I ask for a simple free order of something 'Sorry you didn't order it to begin with so I can't do that'.....
Meanwhile we are still waiting on an order that ' canceled' out of nowhere and 'free' but that bs attitude.
Yea. Done with Papa John's which sadly I was a big supporter of.
Adios. Hope you actually deliver our 'free' food that I ordered almost 2 hours ago.

Great tasting food but small items like extra sauces, etc will be missed during delivery. Manager is humble and friendly, when you call. So be polite, they're doing their best but don't have high expectations.
Curt delivered our pizza tonight. Excellent delivery!! Our house is under a renovation, so finding a way to our front door is challenging. My husband was out there to meet him at the curb, but he got distracted. This young man found his way to the front door, which involves him navigating thru 2 dumpsters, broken concrete and lots of sand. Way to go Curt!!! Thanks for such a a great delivery.

4/25 had the worst delivery guy I’ve have seen in a long time. It took him 15 min to get from my gate to my house (1 mile). And his comment of “I don’t have time to do that” when I told him he can use the call box by name is sad service. Lesson learned I’ll only tip in cash going forward.

Haven't ordered from Papa John's in a while and decided to try again. Every time I tried to have a pizza made the way I wanted it the woman on the other end of the phone try to tell me I couldn't have it that way because of a coupon. I said this is ridiculous I don't even want to eat the pizza now. I don't care about the coupon I just want the pizza made the way I want it. Unbelievable! I'll drive 20 more minutes and go to Vito's.
