I worked in the fast food industry for 5 years. I have seen every scam and play ran on restaurants. But when I pay an extra 1.00 for bacon and I received a burrito with NO bacon, I request a new order. Then the manager sends out Ms. Attitude saying to give him the food back and he will make me a new order. Mind you it's cold by now. I am not going to eat it. Why would you dare ask for it back when you made the mistake. Fix my food that you messed up.
And this is why I don't tip!!!! As I am writing this review the manager comes out because I asked to speak with him. He lies to me and says he didn't tell her he wanted the food back. He wanted me to throw it away. He is arguing with me about how to dispose my 6.99 burrito that I can't eat. I then roll up the window because I am not going to argue with him. Then 5 minutes go by and sends out Ms thing again and asks me if I still wanted my burrito. I said are you serious. I said yes. She's like well he said you rolled the window up. I said yes because I wasn't going to argue with him. LOL wow! They will just hire just about anyone off the street. Awful awful!!!

Oooooomg why are yall so slow Took over 15min to pick to a door dash order with 2 slushies...insane Then same night me and my daughter orders food and it took 25 min for 2 Hot dogs. It's slow likes this every time we're here

Car hop was very unpleasant. Item I ordered on app was out and "she forgot to tell me" didn't offer a replacement or refund... Asked for mustard and got ignored and never got it... Food was cold.

I’m just going to keep it real. Every single time I go to this place I’m disappointed in one way shape or form. 1. They mess up my order . Constantly rushing me while I order . I have 4 people in my house hold and I’ll let you know when I’m done ordering . 2. They over charge you . If you pay attention to the receipt. When you order a combo . It’s comes with the side and drink . But here ! They will charge you singly for each one . So I always emphasize THE COMBO THAT COMES WITH THE SIDE AND DRINK. and sometimes they STILL do it and I have to correct them. 3. The shakes are thrown together . Runny all over the cups and sticky . 4. The employees always have an attitude.
Idk just sharing my experience with this sonic . That’s all .

Horrible my grandma used to work here and was a great place now it’s dirty. The people are rude except for one girl with glasses there she’s always sweet. It’s so bad how they treat dashers too need better people in here sonic they are ruining your name!!!!

I went with my friend to get some food and we looked for a while and when we went to order and we got told to hold and we did but then me and my friend were talking and the person answers back saying(’what’s did you say) and then said(repeat that again ) and then(that’s what I thought) this was all said in a rude tone . This is how you treat buyers I think not. Me and my friend were not pleased😡

Food was good. App is not working. Drinks and shakes after 7 on weekday is supposed to be BOGO. Never got it. They wouldn’t/couldn’t honor advertisement. Ended up costing each of us $12 each just for shakes plus food. Food was good. Won’t use app again.
Oh man, what happened... they changed their burger meat. It is not the greatest. It's like the vending machine burger meat. I would recommend changing it back before it's too late. Chicken is still good, and the Ched r peppers are still great along with the drinks and desserts. I would recommend, but stay away from the burgers unless that's your jam. The service was fantastic, and the employees were engaged and in a pleasant mood.

We don't really care for the food at Sonic but I am a big fan of the Ocean Water Slushie. We did stop for a hotdog one day hoping they still had the Chicago dog but sadly they did not. We got the traditional dog and it was ok. We thought it had too much relish and too many onions on it.
