I waited in drive thru 30mins had 3 cars in front of me. Then after 30 minutes wait. I get to menu after another 6mins then see says I'll be with you in a minute. Then 10mins later says on Mic it will be a few more minutes. What a joke 40mins and no food or order yet . I left beware of going there at 2pm on a Sunday

Food was good but took a long time to get out order taken at the kiosk, as we wanted to eat at the tables instead of in the car. Customers who remained in their cars but arrived after we did were waited on and served first.

Stopped by for food on 3 seperate occasions. All 3 occasions was asked to wait a moment for ordering which became over 20 minutes sitting at the drive-through screen without even ordering food. No one else waiting, 1230pm no cars in front of me or behind me. Owners i emplore you to do the city of middleburge a favor and shut the store down already. Its a tragic waste of space, something else that is willing to serve food could occupy that space.

I had a very unpleasant experience every time I've been to this location. They make you wait 37 minutes for TWO CHEESEBURGERS! That I had already ordered on the app and were picking up. Staff was a tad rude and needless to say I will take my money elsewhere from now on. The employees need to work on their attitudes , I understand they're teenage girls but they should act accordingly while at work.

Drive-thru was easy. A chili cheese dog was forgotten from our order and was quickly made upon return
Service was terrible me and my family went to the drive through and I sat there about 5 to 6 minutes then I kinda spoke up and said hello and finally we order and go to the window and talking instead of waiting on customers then I sit at the window for another 5min probably waiting for my order and it had been sitting to the side the whole time sonic in Middleburg hire new people because the ones you have are terrible.

Crappy experience. Me and Wife went by to order her some food and a milk shake. My wife is pregnant and only eats certain things cause most things make her nausiated. Well when we order our food and litterally everything in the order is wrong. Imagine how we felt when we got home after a 20 minute drive. I hope they dont get paid well, if you cant get an order right you probably dont deserve it. We shouldnt have to check the bag. Thats the workers job. We had the right receipt, got the wrong food.
