Was here last night and Amanda and a new girl were working both drive thru and the front counter. Amanda is always super nice every time I am in there. Staff always on point! Have never had a bad experience here. Would give more stars if i could!

My drink came out Lukewarm and was cold within a min or two. The barista also put too much syrup in it.
The seating in the place was mostly all hard chairs and reminded me of 5 guys and we all know how comfortable it is to eat there. There were some larger more comfortable chairs situated close to the counter. Seriously?
There was no music playing. My bagel came out barely toasted. The cream cheese container was tiny. The bagel was small.
I keep giving Starbucks a chance and they keep disappointing me every time. I want the old Starbucks back.

Got a couple of the pastries, always delicious. My daughter got a hot chocolate and I the white mocha. However I’m pretty sure I got hot milk instead. They did not give me white mocha at all , so disappointing. Everything else way great. Service was good everyone was nice.
I just came here for my bday and my app wasn’t working yet the worker still offered my free drink AND upsized it to a trenta. He was SO SO polite and patient with me regardless of the rush and the workers was very motivated and motivating each other even with the cars wrapped around they were all so so kind and friendly even wrote happy bday on the cup it made my morning to see such a good workplace atmosphere it was so nice they were all so nice and i enjoyed my stay! and they were so quick too!!

The staff are always friendly and my food always comes out right. Even when the line is full I get through the line quickly.
Parking: There is extra parking behind the building.
Kid-friendliness: Cake pops and non-coffee based fraps are my daughter’s favorite.
I was having a bit of tummy troubles looking through the menu at this drive through. The voice behind the speaker was young and polite. Answered all my questions without impatience even hints of disappointment when I couldn't find anything I thought might help. I took so long I let them know there were no cars waiting behind me. Then I realized that I couldn't get out of their drive through from some safety design. I stopped at the window. I can't imagine what this extremely pleasant young person might be thinking whenever I stopped at the window. May I just have a cup of water with no ice? We call these the dog days of summer and that day's heat in the south, south, south showed up with bells on. Yes ma'am. I finally got to see this hard working young person and their calm and caring character in action.
A welcomed passing of the proverbial ships as I myself passed food out of a window to pay for my highest premium car insurance for my first car a beautiful 1961 Chevy Impala aka Magoo aka my freedom, as a similar friendly young person.
Kudo's to you young person. I remember pressing forward to build a better life for not only myself but to relieve my parents of my own financial burdens that a young person enharently brings to the family table.
Kudo's to you Starbucks for knowing a lucky day when you found them and for paying them a decent wage so their work will actually make a dent. I made 2.35 per hour and was grateful to make it to work on time and not every time on time. I hope any just human young person short comings for these young people might be waived for there continuous patience and efforts.

I am experiencing difficulty in obtaining a satisfactory beverage. I would like my drink to be sweet. Iced earl grey tea without milk does not meet my preference. Perhaps I will visit the new Rifle Coffee Shop in Fleming and inquire if they can accommodate my request for sweetened coffee.
