My drinks come out great, but the customer service here has been less than stellar. People should smile or greet you when you come in. I feel like that’s a pretty important part of the experience. Today, 11-26-25, everyone at 10:45 this morning was acting completely grumpy behind the counter. Not one word to a customer, no smiling, no greeting. No one looked up when someone came in.

The fact that you can order a vampire frappacino from Starbucks as a menu item yet they tell you here they have no idea what it is. Raccoon pops are listed on the menu but now I have a disappointed toddler because they're not in season? Learn the menu and update your menu boards. Both coffees i ordered still were wrong, no wonder the company is going out of business. A real shame.

So I went to this store on 9/27/25 around 7pm told them my name was Charlie, and the girl said they don't write names on hot items.. Well I was just in this store yesterday and purchased the same item I ordered today and they wrote Charlie on my cup yesterday but not today.. Not good business for employees to make up the rules to suit their beliefs.. Might go back one more time to voice my opinion but not Happy with them tonight!!!

We messed up our ordering our order, and without a hassle they helped us without charging us double for anything or giving us the run around. They were also out of something I use regularly for my drink and they gave me a few options and help me chose the best next match. Wonderful and mindful! We definitely appreciate them and all their hard work!

This is so funny I got a popup to modify my review from 3 years ago. On the same day I sat for 19 minutes to get my drink... here was my original review. Not much has changed. Slow service 1 car in front of me and it too 15 minutes to get to the window. Then they messed up my drink. 😩 I had to pull around and wait longer for it to be corrected.
