Couldn’t even get served due to them not having any bread…. Like what subway doesn’t have bread. I’m sorry to the employee that had to come in on her day off, NOT to work… when I came back to ask if she had flat bread, her lack of enthusiasm to make me an order was ridiculous. I decided to pass. What a joke. Btw they’re hiring if anyone needs a job that actually wants to work.

Me and my wife went in to order a sub. Upon greeting us we were informed they were out of steak for the Philly. So my wife wanted to order a pizza sub and I was going to order "the boss". The lady turned to ask the manager if it was ok to make those and we were told that we couldn't have those either because there would be no more marinara for the rest of the day. For clarification she had enough to sell us but wouldn't because future customers wouldn't have any. Will not be back to that location.

Came in to explain my sandwiches were made incorrectly. They're out every bread except honey wheat, didn't notify any customers of that fact until the sandwiches were already made. The manager cut me off saying she doesn't make mistakes. handed me mayo and mustard packets and told me to leave.

Placed order on subway app. Went to pick up my order at 3:30 pm. Gates were closed . On the app it said my order was ready. I was able to open the gate and waited at the counter for 10 min as I heard someone washing dishes . I had to go behind the counter and the associate informed me that my subs were not made , that it was only her second day and that everyone walked out . She had no clue how to cancel my order. Subway app is no help in getting a refund . I want a refund

They hardly put any meat on my sub, when I asked they said it costs more. The guy was supposedly new but was rude because I asked about the meat. I get subway all the time but this experience was terrible & the sandwich wasn't that great. I will try again. Hopefully this was a fluke.

Didn’t get his name but for any owner or manager reading this it was September 21 2023 around 630 when I walked in to order a sub and was greeted by a thug employee his exact words were “god damn! What do you want”. I was shocked and speechless he then said I’ll be back and walked intoThe back. I know it’s only 10$ but I refuse to spend my money and support this type of lack of customer service. I’m sure if you know this kid you know he shouldn’t be working there. Hopefully you guys handle this.

Today I was at subway with my kids and I was looking at some coupons a young man behind the counter saw me looking at them. That was left by another customer that comes in the mailbox every month. So the disrespectful young man told the other young lady that was making sandwiches his wife. And I ask both what was the problem. The young man call me a (B) in front of my kids and got very aggressive. Till the young lady made him go in the back. Then when he keep on saying disrespectful things I responded to his remarks of calling me out my name. Then the young lady told me to leave when I ask what time will the opening management will be in. I'll be back tomorrow to talk with the manager. They informed me that one of the managers was standing there talking with some guys three of them in the lobby. And when I ask her so I can't get service she said they had the right not to service me. But keep in mind this just not no small talk between me and her aggressive loud staff. Both of the staff behind the counter got very disrespectful and made many threats. And the manager never move or said one word about their behavior. So as I was leaving two young men came to me and said that's not the 1st time this happened. Like I told them I can care less about them service me. But the threats and for the manager to not address the issue is a problem. Cause no staff should not have to hold back a young man back from trying to threatening anyone. And both been that aggressive over coupons someone else left. Husband and wife work at this location. #calling corporate someone need 2 teach them all customer service skills. there was very brown lettuce and shriveled up spinach that looked weeks old, i asked if there was any other lettuce because of how brown it was and the lady working was very rude and said “ no there isn’t” in a very rude tone, do not recommend eating

Placed an online order while standing right outside the store. At 9:18 pm. It said online orders stop at 9:30. I sent my husband in to get the order while I shopped. The guy working told my husband they were closed and he told him we placed and paid for an online order which we see him pickup at the register so we knew he had it. He was mad but finally made our sandwiches which were nothing like the ones we usually get with veggies and items on them. Very scar on items. Lady walked in while he was doing our order and he told her they were closed and my husband was the last order. This was before 9:30. Employees like this is what’s hurting businesses now days. Who wants to buy fromSomewhere with someone with that attitude and getting a mediocre product.
