The older man with long hair had a shitty attitude, like he was so mad he actully had to work. Whole time I was ordering you could tell he was mad he had to stop talking to the man sitting in the seating area to make my food. Get some better employees!

They never get my order right when I order on the app it's like people can't read! I only get 2 or 3 toppings and they can't even get that right!!!! You get good deals on the app but the workers can't make the sub correctly!!!!! Waste of money!!!!!!!!! So now I get a meat and cheese sub with just spinach on it! Umm no texture! Highly annoying wish I could give them -5 stars!

Just order this BTL sandwich 30 mins ago and had it delivered. The delivery driver was nice. But this food is awful. Bacon is not cooked and all the vegetables is just thrown together. I’ve been calling your store but it’s busy for 10 + mins. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Whoever worked on my order on Dec. 10th 2025 , your work ethic is trash.

Went in around lunch time. No one was in there except one customer sitting down. I Ordered a meatball sub, the short guy making sandwich walks to the back in the middle of making my sandwich. It seemed wierd, but I noticed as he was wrapping my sandwich the sauce was coming out both ends of the wrapper. I had a feeling to cancel it, but i didn’t. After I paid for the sandwich & he saw I didn’t tip. He made a funny quick comment about gonna need some empathy or something. I said what did you say he just walked back into the kitchen. I took few bites of the sandwich it was gross. Later on I was 🤮…I won’t be going back there. I wish I had read the reviews before going. Got to be very careful where you eat out at.

This is one of the most difficult subways to actually order food from. For one they make their own hours. They let you sit in line for 10 minutes while they ignore you and are in the back, then they walk out and tell you ‘store isn’t open right now!’ But it’s hours say it is. Second thing, there’s a one guy that literally acts like you’re a huge inconvenience just being there trying to order a sub as simple as meat, cheese, and mayo… They will tell you they can’t make you a sub because they are backed up with Togo orders but it’s like… shouldn’t you take care of the customers that are in front of you? Clearly I am PMSing and I’m mad homeboy wouldn’t make me my breakfast Sammy.

Unfortunately this is the worst subway I have ever dealt with. They always turn off their online ordering system. Always out of meatballs. Even if it’s 6 pm. Then try to deter you from waiting for them to heat up some meatballs for your children’s food. I have made complaints. I have stopped going here for many months at a time. But unfortunately it is the closest one to my house and we do not have any other option out here. I really do not understand how these employees are consistently allowed to pull the same stuff and get away with it. I wish someone would do something to make it better. I can’t tell you how many times I ordered from somewhere else because they shut off their online ordering system or the fact I just didn’t want to deal with their evening staff. And there are several of them that just aren’t very nice people. But not all of the staff are mean, just a couple. Some have been pretty great.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a subway! The girl wouldn't allow us to order because she said she closing at 8 o'clock instead of 10 because she has so much to do!! That's ridiculous.. two hours early.. really!!!

Chris seemed put out that i wanted 2 subs.I asked for cheese bread he saidhe didn't have any ok i get white. When I check out behind register is a rack with about 5 trays of cheese bread and another customer sitting at table with cheese bread sub smh.I definitely detected a bit of attitude. I'll drive the extra 3 miles to subway on Blanding.

I went there to get a sub. Extremely Rude staff.. I went there a few weeks ago where they were hostile to me for placing an online order for something they were out of. They voided the order. While it would have been smarter to go inside and ask why it was voided I placed another one. Instead of telling me once I got there and asked if I wanted something different they sloppily made the sub and just didn’t out on what was missing stuff. They said since u placed another online order I made this. He was extremely mad and shaking and was hostile to me. I understand being low and out of ingredients is aggregating.vi also understand I should have gone in to order after that. But due to how unreliable the app is I thought that the app messed up. I also had a coupon code that I thought the store didn’t allow which is why I thought it voided so I did the sub without the coupon code. you should not be hostile to your customers l. I have went there multiple times and every time they are rude. They are almost always out of ingredients and frequently are closed when they shouldn’t be. I went there a couple weeks later since it’s close to my house to get a sub since I was in a pinch and the bread was stale. The worst subway I have been to and that’s saying something.
