We normally come to this Waffle House often and love the servers and food. Today we were disappointed because when we got greeted by Eden I think is her name she never asked us if we were ready to order. Coming from a server I watched her talk to her fellow employee and ignore us. Then they both stared at us and didn’t greet us again or ask for our order. She then proceeded to talk to her co worker and then pre buss the table and didn’t pay us no mind. We tried getting their attention but they didn’t acknowledge us. As a server they didn’t seem busy nor did they communicate they would be back in a minute or two. They were extremely unprofessional.

Matty is an excellent chef. He got my eggs perfect, the cheesesteak was amazingly delicious with the eggs. The blueberry waffle was the very best I have ever had.
Tara is an excellent waitress and they were both very polite and helpful. They deserve a raise.

I visited this establishment on Monday July 21 between 2 and 2:30 pm. I ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger and hashbrowns with grilled onions, grilled well and a sweet tea. The waitress forgot my drink and the mayonnaise I asked for,  that was ok.  When I received the hashbrowns there were about 7 barley grilled onions. That was ok. What was not ok was when I sent them back and the cook decided she would make 4 other orders before she fixed my hashbrowns, that I had already waited for and she cooked incorrectly the first time.  I told them to take off the hashbrowns since I finished my burger. Then the cook decided to say that she had 4 other orders before mine and I said yes but you messed mine up and I was here first.  You should have fixed mine so I could eat all of my food together,  not send it to the end of the line of orders.  She continued to talk back to me and I said that is OK I can leave and not come back and she continued to talk at me and then I said I can call corporate too and we can see what they say about your training. I was going there about once a week however,  I will not go back to that waffle house as long as that girl is there. Unfortunately I failed to get her name but waffle house corporate should be able to find out who she is and properly train her on what to do when you make a mistake on an order. You fix it as quick as you are able,  you don't send it to the end of line of several orders. And you certainly don't argue with the customer when they lodge the complaint. And since I work in hotel and travel I will certainly direct guests toward different dining alternatives in the future, so they will not suffer the same issue.

5-Star Review for Mr. Tony at Waffle House

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mr. Tony at Waffle House on the 4th of July, and I can honestly say—he made our holiday meal unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, Mr. Tony greeted my family and me with a warm, genuine smile and treated us like we were longtime friends. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched.

Even with the holiday rush, Mr. Tony never missed a beat. He made sure our orders were perfect, refilled our drinks before we had to ask, and checked on us often to make sure everything was just right. You could tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his guests.

He turned what could have been just a quick breakfast stop into a highlight of our Independence Day. Waffle House is lucky to have someone like Mr. Tony representing them. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our family feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Mr. Tony!

I had a fantastic experience at Waffle House! The service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel genuinely welcome. I was also impressed by how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, from the dining area to the kitchen. It made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Great job to the team—I'll definitely be back!
