i love this little shop. the cupcakes are delicious. the buttercream icing is so good and mixed perfectly with the moist cake. the carrot cake is my favorite. don't forget you can get whole cakes for special occasions!

Yum's cupcakes are always a hit at our family parties. But our latest experience with Yum takes the cake! We accidentally smashed several of our cupcakes just before our party and when I frantically returned to buy more, the kind ladies replaced the cupcakes for FREE! AND added a fork so that we could enjoy our mishap on the ride home. They really turned an upsetting, inconvenient, accident into a good laugh with a sweet surprise. Pleased patrons for life!

Okay family we have another one. DESSERT SPOT!!! Located right in Orange Park a short 14min drive from Middleburg. The cupcakes were amazingly soft and moist. The coconut cream pie or cake my daughter got was delicious. Plus they have nic-nacs I believe you'd love as well. If you haven't already try them out. You won't be disappointed?

I used to love this store but very disappointed in today’s service. I stopped in to get my husband something special/sweet for his birthday. I asked the front desk - older lady- the flavors of the cupcakes she recommends and she states whatever you like to eat - no suggestions after that, no help, and moved on to the older lady behind me who she assist far above and beyond giving all details.I understand I look young (a lady in her 40’s) and maybe she thought I was a teenager but all customers regardless of age should be treated the same. Hopefully, in the future the owner hires will hire staff with basic customer service skills.

Nice cozy shop with lots of interesting gift ideas! I was greeted by the owner immediately & enjoyed browsing & purchased some tasty homemade cupcakes & macaroons as well. She even assisted me to my car with the items as I was leaving. Would highly recommend a visit!

The ladies at Yum Southern took my info with very short notice. They were able to make they cake we wanted. I called a few other places that wouldn't even take my info because it wasn't enough advance notice. This is five star customer service in my book*****

Delicious bakery items; however I was treated rudely by woman at checkout on Fri 5/12. I don't feel this was the owner because I can't imagine an owner would treat a paying customer so poorly. I won't be back.

Purchased chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. Not delicious at all. Either one was dry, unsweetened, lack of flavor, and crumbled to pieces of which was a sign I was eating old cookies. They want to say they are fresh, but what I received was not! The candle melts scent was faint after being melted. I was disappointed in this purchase. I asked about a certain size in the t-shirts , and I was informed that it would be a few days for the shirts to come in, it's been a month. I'm not sure why my name and number were taken down if there is no communication to the customer the shirts are in or something. First and last time at this place.
