Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I never immediately do a review but this one's worth it I went thru drive-thru and ordered the nibblerz combo these are the only sandwiches I purchase from zaxbys because I like smaller bites either the other locations got it wrong or this location does it right because these are the best nibz I've tasted the bun was toasted and buttery to perfection the chicken finger was crispy but juicy I took it out my mouth to make sure I was actually eating chicken, fries was fresh and crispy as well and the peach tea was perfect this is the first time in a long time I've gotten a perfect combo anywhere Thanks Zax of middleburg! Ps I was only in line 2 minutes....

My family wanted to have an early dinner because of some plans, so I suggested Zaxbys and we went here. The food was delicious, but I think they over seasoned the fries and chicken, at least from my personal preference. I thought it was really calm and soothing, even though that it was very quiet, which I normally don't like. I also think that the workers there were awesome, and the lady we ordered food from was very sweet. (I so wish that I got a photo!)

Parking: There was plenty of parking spots, has wheel chair accessibility spots, and is near the side you enter.

Kid-friendliness: They have there own kid's meal for kids, and it is perfect to bring your family for a night out.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheel chair accessibility, from parking spots, to sitting down in your wheel chair at the table.

Ordered a simple kids meal a month or two ago and thought it tasted funny. I started having an allergic reaction and had to take medication. I found out the restaurant was frying chicken in the same oil as the shrimp (I have shellfish allergy) ! I contacted corporate but have still not heard back. I've been going to Zaxby's for 20+ years, even worked there through high school and so sad to say I have not and will not be back. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Went to order granted it was fairly close to their closing time. I get that but they refuse to make any extra fries or give us honey mustard and told us that they're not going to give us any accommodations. That is absolutely terrible customer service and this place needs to be looked at thoroughly through corporate. If any of my employees did that they would be fired on the spot.

Don't bother with going inside to order as they put priority on drive thru.
Waited 20 minutes after ordering for 3 chicken tacos.
The lady at the front counter was too busy yapping with a customer to help run orders.
This place has got to get it together.

Ordered online to make pick up quick, literally only ordered 3 meals. Waited for over 20 minutes, and watched numerous cars go through the drive thru and get their orders no problem. I drove back around the drive thru to the window for them to tell me “we will start making it now”…. What’s the point of ordering online if they don’t make it until you’ve been waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes? Bad enough the food is so expensive now, can’t even get it “fast” anymore

Sloooooooooowwwwwwww!!!!!! Been waiting 25 minutes for my food. I should have gone through the drive through because it seems they only care to make food for people not in the lobby. Won't be back.

I ordered the new chicken strip tacos. They were terrible. Nothing like on TV. They sucked. I will never eat there again. I did take out . Can't believe they would let something like that leave. I complained but they said that's what it is.
