The people are always very nice and friendly and helpful… But it just seems that they can never get the ice coffee right… I ask for the sugar to be dissolved and I’m always crunching on sugar because they give me extra sugar or they give me sugar packets to put in my coffee to seven brew, not sell sweet coffee or what? I always tell them that sugar is not going to dissolve in iced coffee unless you put it in something hot first and then dump it over the ice, which is how normal people make an iced coffee…And then I always ask for half-and-half or heavy cream instead of 2% milk and I’m always either getting rotten 2% milk or actual whipping cream instead of just cream for coffee… But like I said, the people are always nice and friendly. It’s just you don’t feel comfortable constantly asking them for something else or sending your coffee back over and over again. It would be nice to get it right the first time or maybe even the second time but this is not the first time that I’ve had this problem it’s regularly

Usually love this location but my drink had no flavor today and when I asked them to add caramel they handed it back and rushed me out before I could even see if it was any better and it taste the same. All this after waiting 30mins, very disappointing

Jasmine was a great employee that helped me find a great combo of flavors for my iced coffee. Very cheery and happy sweet girl. Great establishment. Highly recommended
Had such a good experience here. Someone really made an impact on my visit, though. Kate is one of the sweetest people I have met! She was so welcoming and kind when I came in. She instantly feels like a friend and totally sets the temp for the atmosphere at 7brew!! 7 brew has such yummy drinks but nothing can beat top tier service!
