The new beef sandwich was ok, to much bread and it was dry and flavorless. Not their fault, but this is what corporate does that gives the company a bad name.

They've gotten my order wrong a couple of times, but not often. They are usually very quick and friendly. I generally get the double roast beef, which is 6 ounces. The half pound roast beef is 8 ounces, but the way that the slices are clumped up on the half pound sandwich makes the meat fall out while you're trying to eat it. The double is better than the half-pounder here. Maybe not at all locations. Your experience may vary.

Clean, well staffed. I LOVE Arby's. Today's review is a little lower than would typically be only because I tried a new product ( steak bites). It wasn't horrible, but the order was approximately 1/3 fat and didn't taste at all like steak. I would say it was more like a medium quality beef roast. Very dry. Good flavor, just not what I expected for $10. On the other hand, the Mac n cheese was excellent as always.

Foods always prepared well, and the environment is pretty casual. Likely the best Arby's in south Dayton area.

They need to do a training on how to be more friendly or get RID of everyone including managers and start over and make sure you hire staff that actually CARES about the customers and the company. AND GET THE LOADED FRIES BACK!
