The website said that Arby's gives a senior discount. We asked for senior discount and the woman was very rude about telling us they don't give it. She said she would give it on a drink. We didn't want drinks. We won't be back.

Disappointed in quality control. I understand being understaffed and having a POS down, but it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to double check the bag before handing it off. Went back in for our missing sandwich, and there was another lady waiting in line for the same issue and then someone came in after me because they were missing something too. Just take an extra 30 seconds to double check the order!

This is not a review to the location or staff. They were great. This review is towards the product. I ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich and I was totally disappointed. The meat was cut thin and it was an ugly brown in color. It's felt and tasted like cheap processed gelatin turkey slices that I wouldn't even serve my cats. No one is going to tell me that what I had was roast beef. I will never eat at any Arby's again.

Just left Arby’s went inside, manager was cussing out employee something to do with there schedule. Ignoring me to finish cussing out the employee. Then left with my order with one of my meals missing. 5/23 At around 345pm very unprofessional from a manager!!

They forgot to put the kids meal in the bag other than the damn Apple Juice. I didn’t notice until I got home and I have a child who is about to get off of the bus so I couldn’t make the trip back. I called 3 times and no one answered. This establishment is trash & I will be disputing this with my bank.
