Hey, if you guys don’t wanna work, just go home! I didn’t want a turkey sandwich. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and I wanted turkey instead of ham and add some bacon lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise. Is that too complicated for you? I just like the sourdough bread and I like the egg, that’s why I get this sandwich and make a few additions. I didn’t want a turkey sandwich with bacon.

Apparently their system goes down every night and nobody knows how long it takes and they can't accept cash. You would think they'd know how long it takes because of the fact "it happens every night" but you'd be wrong. ~10:30pm

The food was good, my order was correct and the manager was very friendly. However, the order taker Thursday early evening was unfriendly and short with me. I work in food service, so I make it a point to be polite when I order. If that woman had to depend on tips for a living she would starve to death. Whenever Rhonda takes my order at that Arby's she is always friendly and my order is correct and is very pleasant. I live not far from there so I am there fairly frequently. I'm going to make it a point to go only when Rhonda is working though

It's 2am and I pull in, starving, getting off work only 45 min ago and the automated person on the speaker box asks me if I would like to try something they are trying to sell, I say , "no thank you, I would like" and a lady screamed so rudely and loud, "hold on I'll be right with you". So loud that the man pumping gas at least 100 yards away could hear her and we could all hear how happy she was to be taking my order, Not. I worked Sonic for 11 years. Never once did anyone have to question what they did wrong, or rather or not your foods safe or is she going to spit in it because she was rudely interrupted from doing her..... JOB.
I'm very sure she needs an attitude adjustment and my suggestion would be to turn your automated speech before putting a headset on this old lady. She's extremely rude and passive aggressive. I asked for Arby's sauce and she screamed "did you ask for it". Idk who she's trying to put down on but I hope her day gets worse and I wish a toothe ache on the ol bat ?♀️?

The service and atmosphere are very good. The food on the other hand is a joke. For $4 I got a chicken strip the size of my thumb on a biscuit. I was expecting the chicken to cover the diameter of the biscuit but it was 1/3 the size of the biscuit that held it to make the chicken biscuit sandwich. Do not order! Total joke of an experience.

Don't get the loaded chicken bacon ranch fries. Mine only came with three pieces of chicken and a few little bits of bacon. It's not worth the $7. Most definitely not loaded fries. If you're hungry, you're better off getting two corn dogs from love's
Today I made the mistake of stopping at the Arby's on Davis Highway in Pensacola Florida instead of waiting to get to the one off exit 26 on I10 (your location on Garcon Point Rd). They were terrible. I was expecting a gyro like the ones I get at your location but was given one with rotten lettuce, one old, slimy tomato and dry meat. It didn't even have onions or sauce! I don't even want to discuss the other sandwiches and service at Davis because I'd literally have to write an essay on just how bad they were. They should be training or at least visit your location so they can see how Arby's sandwiches are supposed to be made! The manager and staff at the Garcon Point location are doing a fantastic job and the staff at Davis could learn a lot from you! I'll always wait to get to your location from now on! To the team at Garcon Point Rd, GREAT JOB! I stop in once a week and am always pleased with the food and service!

I recently dined in, and had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by Max. Not only was the food delicious, but Max truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. When an unfortunate accident occurred and my brother accidentally dropped my meal, Max quickly came to the rescue. Despite the mishap, Max remembered that I had just been in the store moments before and promptly reimbursed me for my food. His attentiveness, quick thinking, and genuine care for our dining experience truly impressed me. I highly recommend this store and commend Max for his outstanding service. Had the BLT. Bun is too much bread. Bacon not crispy plus it was cold. There was so much mayo on top & bottom. It took 4 napkins to get off. I like mayo but this was overkill.... plus no fried food available. Said fryer was down so I get that.
