The service was outstanding it was late about time for them to get off. They were short handed and I placed an order. After I had placed my order an employee had called in. So they told me it was going to be a good while, and they asked me If I would like to cancel my order. I proceeded to tell them I wasn't in a rush so it would be OK. Well they ended up giving me my money back and still gave me my food because it took so long. So great customer service
The food was good, my order was correct and the manager was very friendly. However, the order taker Thursday early evening was unfriendly and short with me. I work in food service, so I make it a point to be polite when I order. If that woman had to depend on tips for a living she would starve to death. Whenever Rhonda takes my order at that Arby's she is always friendly and my order is correct and is very pleasant. I live not far from there so I am there fairly frequently....
Bruce that works at night is an A1 employee. Deserves a raise lol always cheerful and the best customer service I've had multiple times at this location! Thanks Bruce for a truly exceptional and positive experience for the late night community!
