My boyfriend and I stopped by for an early dinner and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious. I had a lobster ravioli and he had a seafood pasta. Both dishes had AMAZING sauce and very flavorful. I had a dreamsicle martini which was delicious as well. Service was friendly and prompt. We will be back again :)
So, we were heading to Biloxi early this morning and had not had anything to eat. I pulled up maps to see what was out there. Looked through several, then stumbled upon Blackwater Bistro. Have to admit expectations were missed with this one. The food was tasty, but I would not say memorable. It presents as a cute restaurant from the outside, yet it appears they want to be an upscale niche eatery upon entry. Feels out of place for the area. However, as a visitor, I could be mistaken. Opens at 11 for lunch and dinner. The service was friendly, however, pricing was out of touch when talking with locals at the shops in the area.
