Rude! I was just treated with total rudeness from the staff at the drive through. They were giving me an extra drink that was NOT mine but belonged to someone else's order and when I told them it wasn't mine, another associate jumped and said what's your problem?? I didn't have a problem. I didn't want them to give me something that I didn't pay for and didn't belong to me. They are the rudest staff. This is my third time trying this place and each time I have been treated disrespectfully I do not recommend this establishment at all. THE FOOD LOOKS A MESS AND WE SAID NO LETTUCE! I'd have them fix it but I'm afraid they'd spit on it or worse!!

I drive a tow truck for a living. My job is to get to somebody that's sitting on the side of the road as quickly as possible I tried to go through the drive-thru the sensors did not trigger so I pulled to the window. I was greeted with I can't serve you out the window. You're running up our window time I just needed a simple order and I would have been on my way to go get somebody off the side of the road if your tow truck is late getting to you this is probably one of the reasons why some of these restaurants should accommodate a little better service

Not impressed. I've had whopper jrs at a couple different locations recently and I have to say I have no idea why it seemed so different here. We ordered Whopper Jrs and asked for them to be dropped fresh, And ordered some fries and onion rings. The Jr whoppers tasted cold, no way were they fresh! The meat tasted like it was not cooked all the way thru. One of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. The onion rings were soggy and not good at all . The French fries were actually good. Not happy with this order at all. I am not sure if the guy at the window was new or has been there for awhile. I think he was pretty new from the way he talked. I should have read reviews first, we were looking for the whopper to taste really good. Disappointing and too late by the time we were able to handle the situation.. If I come back it will be awhile before thinking of it again!!!

We went inside to order, and the staff was busy doing drive through. Finally a girl took our order for whoppers. It was a to go order and when we got home to eat the fries were good but the whoppers were cold. Cold as in never cooked.
