Ordered food online but was to this store instead of Orlando and never received my refund they will not answer phone been calling since the 27th of December with no luck ..all I need is at least a phone call or just refund my money for the chicken that I didn’t receive…tried calling 15 times today with still no luck all I can do is call corporate office to get my refund…please check your phones it’s very important to have communication at all times thank you

Been 3 different nights and they never have mixed and they never answer the phone and have to wait forever before ordering!I used to enjoy the restaurant but I will not ever go back into one!I will be going to kfc for now own! The churches chicken in Milton Florida SUCKS

In short! Never will return. Received 10 fries for a medium fry. Had no white meat, so got dark meat. Greasy to the point of no crisp. Just saturated in grease. The wings are not worth the money either, way to small for the price. Tenders had no taste and greasy. Prices are way to high for the quantity and quality. Tried to call several times but to no avail it says mail box is full. This place is totally awful and I do not understand how Santa Rosa County Florida lets it stay open.

This was my first time ordering here. Will never stop here again. Spent $80.00 and was a total waste of money. Ordered the family meal with extras and a couple sandwiches and a single meal. the girl at the counter assured us everything was in the bag. We were missing the Jalapeno bombers and a wrap. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one was a fish sandwich, and the other one was just a cheap chicken patty smothered in sauce. The 8 piece boneless wings we got were chicken nuggets. We called to correct our order and no-one answered the phone. Should have known this was going to be a disaster when the lady in the back asked the girl up front what temperature the oven should be. Next time I will go to KFC.
We waited for awhile to get our order. They were slow, didn't have the chicken ready to complete orders. It was just frustrating, the employee was nice, probably the only thing that came outta the trip. The food was old, just not sure if I wanna try them again

Went to Church's in Milton for the first time ever. Ordered 2 20 piece family meals with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The chicken was mediocre at best, the mashed potatoes tasted more like the water used to mix the flakes. The mac and cheese or mac and cheese soup as it came to be, was not ready so we waited 15 minutes, no worries. Got home and it was soup. I poured the cheese soup out and checked the macaroni and it has a funky taste like heartburn acid in your mouth. Definitely not trying it again.
