I took my boyfriend to Crazy Cat Creamery on 04/13 to celebrate our anniversary after getting lunch on the beach. We like trying new places and supporting local business, and the reviews and page gave a vibe we were interested in, so we chose this spot instead of the new Scoops location. We walk in and thought it was closed, as there was no one anywhere we could see, and there was no music playing or anything. We hung out for about 10 minutes checking out the items for sale and mulling over the ice cream options. The shop does have potential, there’s tons of clear space that could be filled in with cute cat stuff and crafts. I digress. Eventually, another customer walked in and after like 2/3 mins tried to place an order with my boyfriend. I told the lady we had been waiting for about 10 mins and didn’t know if there was anyone there. I went to use the restroom and when I knocked, a voice called out that someone was in there. We waited another 5 mins or so before an employee finally emerged from the restroom. First off, she was wearing booty shorts and a hoodie, so there was nothing indicating she was an employee until she got behind the counter and said, “what can I do for you?”
I ordered two scoops, and the employee didn’t look up a single time between me telling her my flavors and her handing the cone to me. I figured she would’ve asked if I wanted toppings, which she didn’t, but that wasn’t even a huge deal and I’m not one to be rude. She didn’t apologize or address her absence, despite leaving the shop unattended for at least 15 mins, in which someone could’ve easily ransacked the place. The employee didn’t say a word after asking what she could do for us until she was making my boyfriends shake and looked up and said “sorry it’s so awkward, there’s usually music” with a Monotone voice and expressionless face. My boyfriend ordered a shake, which describes a “decadent” shake with Oreos crushed on top. What he got? A mid chocolate shake that filled up 2/3 of the cup, with more shake left in the blender than cup, and no Oreos on top. We paid $15 for a terribly disappointing experience. The flavors of ice cream available were different than most shops and I really REALLY enjoyed my key lime pie/lemon custard scoops I tried, but we will not be back. I feel bad bc my boyfriend took me to peg leg Pete’s for lunch, and I thought I was treating him to dessert. The product is definitely important when choosing where to spend money in this economy, but the tastiest and creamiest ice cream can’t always make up for sub par customer service.

We got the grape sorbet and blue moon ice cream. I grew up with blue moon in Michigan and it is every bit of what I remembered. The flavoring of their ice cream is amazing! The size of scoops is great and we had to get one of their $5 pints to take home with us of course! This is hands down the best ice cream I have ever had from an ice cream shop. It is so cute in there and I love the cat theming. Even down to their bathroom being themed. This shop has it all! I will definitely be back for more! ???Vegetarian options: Their grape sorbet is very yummy and that daiquiri ice is delicious. Perfect for those that have a vegan lifestyle!Dietary restrictions: They have some amazing gluten free options available. Our ice cream was so tasty!

This place has a tremendous selection of high quality ice-cream they're offering at a very reasonable price. I took my family here tonight on a whim for a treat and we are all very pleased! Looking for ice-cream? If so then highly recommend Crazy Cat Creamery!I'll be taking my family back for sure, this place is great.
Stopped in this evening & this is theee cutest little ice cream shop! They have a wide space with lots of places to sit (even a small toddler sized table!), whilst also feeling cozy. They have a cute "boutique" lined up on the wall full of cute little trinkets & treats that make it almost irresistible not to buy something! It's cutely cat themed and they have all sorts of cute little kitty themed decorations lined up throughout the store.Moving onto the service, it was impeccable!! The two young ladies had amazing energy & kindness as they helped us decide what we wanted through taste tests & recommendations. EVERY FLAVOR IS GOOD THOUGH! The ice cream flavors are quite unique, most of them being ones that are specific to this spot. I recommend stopping in with families and/or friends! 10 out of 10!

We got a birthday cake shake and scoops of cookies and cream ice cream. It was very 'meh' for me. My scoops had a odd consistency and flavor. I ate the cookie pieces out and threw the rest away. Fiancé said his shake was 'not bad'.

Last day in Milton so we spent it with the grandkids. Took them to Crazy Cat Creamery for “Every Kids Dream”. It’s a scoop of every flavor of ice cream there. There are 24 different flavors! Yea, 23 scoops of ice cream!! And all for $17. That’s not a bad deal!! Anyway loaded the kids up on a sugar high and gave them back to mom and dad.If you’re in Milton and you have a hankering for some ice cream, give them a try!!
