First trip to Culver's in quite some time. Service was great! Food was just good. Burger was a little crispy and overdone. Will be back.

Went through the drive through this evening to get the curderburger. When I got home to check my food, realized I was given a bun and busted open curd where all the cheese had leaked out in the fryer and no meat! Literally given just a bun and busted open curd. Tried to call the restaurant and the only option provided was to bring it back for replacement. I don't live or work anywhere in that area so it's not feasible. Offered to send the pictures to provide proof to get a refund, but apparently that wasn't acceptable. Would not recommend going here!

I ordered a milkshake so that I could consume it through a straw & drive...safely! Nah, there's no way!
9/27/25 Order to family fry with ketchup and no ketchup given... They just can't seem to get it right at this location! It wouldn't be so bad if I had ketchup in my truck.... So now I have to eat cold fries at the house...

I worked for this franchise and they do not care about their employees what so ever. The employees work very hard and give top tier customer service but are abused by management behind the scene. I would not recommend filling out an application for this franchise.
There was 1 girl at the counter taking care of customers. Got a receipt for our dessert and waited 20 mins, still no dessert ,got a refund instead. Doubting that I will return...
