I honestly do not know how they're are in business. We received 1 pizza cut very oddly and was part NY style and part original crust. The other pizza was missing half the toppings. I called and a girl answered, when I explained what had happened she was silent for about 30 seconds until I kept saying hello. Finally I get a response. Let me get my manager. When he comes on you can hardly understand him but immediately says my name...... they know they screwed us. He sounded high and hear employees in the back loud and high as well. He tried to say the toppings must of shifted. I told him do you think I'm stupid. He said ok we will send you a new one. Ummmmm no thanks. It looked as someone dropped it on the floor and said hey it's ok, deliver it. Horrible dominoes, never again.

As well as the payment option is updated where you enter your credit card Manually instead of given it to the customer service representative. The pizza is always good, but you could tell they’re taking a little bit extra pride putting it together now the box has been updated looking good Domino’s. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Rude employees unwilling to resolve issue. We ordered a philly cheese steak pizza over the phone. Never had one before and wanted to try it. We ordered it just like it came no additions no subtractions. Go to pick it up and it has red sauce on it instead of the white sauce. Who eats a philly cheese with red sauce?? It’s supposed to come with the white sauce. Complained and was told that, thats the way we ordered it. So we were SOL. We ordered it over the phone and told them we had never had one before and wanted to try it just the way it came no additions no subtractions. This was also the first and last time we have ever eaten at this place. All they had to do was replace the wrong order with the correct one and they may have had a repeat customer for a long time to come. Not gonna happen now. I will take my family’s business elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizza places in town to choose from that don’t blame there customers when they make a mistake. This is also the first time I have ever had a restaurant tell me when they got my order wrong, that I got my order wrong. You can’t make this stuff up! My suggestion skip Dominos and get your pizza somewhere else.
