Hey, I guess this was a small turkey sub, but can we say that this was pretty stingy? To spend almost 7 dollars for this amount of meat?

This establishment earned the worst sub I've had in a while. The sandwich looked like someone got mad at it. It was thrown together, bread was dry and cracked causing it to fall apart, and the meat looked like a disgusting mass of mayonnaise, (which Im not even sure was supposed to come on a barbecue beef cheddar), and mixed all together in the shredded beef. I couldn't stomach more than 2 bites of it and just threw it away. The manager, however, was somewhat genuinely apologetic and refunded my money for the sub. Ive eaten many Firehouse sandwiches so it was a huge disappointment.

Please don't accept delivery or online orders if you're not going to make them until the person gets there. This defeats the purpose. If you want to provide other instructions do so.

I will never return to this firehouse again. Asked twice for a pickle because the guy didn't even ask and just put none and I said can I please get one, so I get my food and still did not get the pickle spear with my 15$ sandwich. Nor did I even get a bag. Had to ask again for a pickle and a bag. Then I just get the pickle wrapped in paper and handed to me, so once made it to the door it slipped out on the floor. I don't even want to eat the sandwich anymore. Just unprofessional. Do not recommend this location at all
