Recent Reviews

Ordered take out, 3 subs and a side of Mac & cheese. Got to destination to find out no Mac & cheese. (On receipt $4.19) I called and spoke with Manager. Her reply was you can come back and pick it up and that they were sorry. Not wanting to go back I was given a refund. So much for wanting Mac & cheese.

I had the medium last week for $8.45...I ordered a large, same sandwich and it was $15.09 plus they charged me extra to change the cheese to mozzarella when cheese comes with it. Never mentioned it would be an extra charge. I don't eat provolone. Also they fail to ask if you want mayo or mustard.....if you don't say none then it automatically gets put into your sandwich. Not too hard to ask if you'd like those on your sandwich or tell you it's extra to change...

First, Firehouse Subs is my fav! The staff at this Firehouse Subs is friendly and professional. The location is clean and I really enjoy looking at the local pictures. My husband is a retired firefighter so hats off to any fire department!
