Best hardy breakfast I've ever had highly recommended

While working in the area, we have been eating breakfast there every morning for the past two weeks. The staff is always very attentive, the food is hot and fresh, and served in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
Since when did Hardee’s only stay open until 2:00PM? That’s either crazy, lazy or both!! Do better! People want to eat well past 2PM.
Order to Frisco burger and small fries. The fries were hot crispy and very good. The burger was hot and very delicious at the time. 3 hours later I was having severe stomach cramps and threw up. It had to be Hardee's because that was the only thing I ate that day.
I pulled up to order at the drive thru and they made me wait until after 12 :04pm to take my order and I got there at 11:50 am. Then told me that aren't doing breakfast, I told them I got there before they stopped and they made me wait. And they said oh well we're out of breakfast food anyways
Stopped to get breakfast this morning 08 Feb 25, at 0400, only one young lady working forgot to ask her name, but she did an outstanding job filling the order I placed for everyone at work. Even made sure jelly was in the bag when I forgot to ask. Awesome job. Thank you.

I have stopped in here twice to grab something. Each time the hash browns were very over cooked. They should not serve food that is burnt or that have been sitting under the heat lamp too long
You assentent manager told the whole store that was waiting for their food that drive thru was more important than the customers in the store. You had 12 people waiting for food and then three walked out pissed off. Said they would be back for their refund but alot of people could not believe what was said to them. With that attitude best of luck in your future business.
New to town and made the mistake of reliving a childhood memory of a delish Hardee's breakfast, only to find HAIR in my food!!!! HAIR!!!!!! Upon further asking of my cashier, it appears no one uses hats or hair nets AS REQUIRED BY LAW. If they skip on a cheap thing like hair nets, what other corners are they cutting that could make us sick?

The manager spoke sterling to Desiree because she made me an Arnold Palmer with the handcraft lemonade merely did not make me very happy about that because they’re lemonade machine was out. We can’t do that and it wasn’t even that good and then my son had to pay extra for this handcrafted lemonade that didn’t taste that good

Visited this location with my mother ends my brother My mother was ordering her food as my brother and I stood back looking at the menu My mother misread a sign outside and then the manager decided to walk up cross his arms with attitude and proceed to become loud with my mother and have an attitude there was no need for that my mother didn't cop an attitude back nothing I sure did and then he wanted to cross his arms at me trying to intimidate me like I was scared of him sorry no and if anyone tries to come at me saying that his transgender was my problem no because my brother's transgender that's not my problem what my problem is there's a way to speak to people and there's a way not to speak to people and as a manager he should have known better and not spoke to my mother that way and then come at me when I was addressing the cashier about his rudeness like he was going to come over the counter at me not the way to do things as the employees were even scared to give me his name and that's total BS had the employees telling me that they've had all sorts of problems with him and nothing's been done so here I am posting this and his name end store number so I got two different names because I guess he can't decide what he wants to go by kay or van was the name of the rude manager I'm assuming because he was in a different colored shirt then the rest of the employees store number is 1501495 he either needs to go through more training or doesn't need to be a manager very very rude customer service on his behalf employees or a joy to be around including the one that came to me saying that they've had problems and she was also the one that was scared to hand me the piece of paper with his name on it and then you try to call corporate and you can't talk to anybody they tell you to go online to voice your concerns Well no I'd like to speak to someone about your disrespectful and rude management

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This place has really went downhill over the years. I went to get breakfast this morning , and not only are my eggs burnt but my side of bacon which cost more , was left out of my platter. After i was told 2xs that it was in the bag. I spoke with the GENRAL MANAGER , SHEENA , and besides talking over me ,, her excuse was they are short staff. So are alot of businesses , but to disregard the issue is outrageous. I asked for my money to be refunded for the extra i paid for the bacon , and she said i can come back and get the bacon. I go to Hardees , every blue moon because the customer service is terrible , the food lacks flavor and heat. Which is why i asked for a refund , verses having to come back to a place I rarely go to. In the future i will drive way to Pace , verses using this location. Which also lacks convenience considering i work 5 mins from this location. Please do better with your customer service Sheena , and also the common knowledge to not speak over someone when they are talking. :)
