When I arrived my order had not been made and I was a little perturbed ... then I realized after I got home that I had placed the pick up for one hour later. They were very very nice and had my order in literally 6 minutes. 3 hot subs that were perfect. They all deserve a raise. Thank you guys.

I didn’t catch the names of the employees who made my sandwich today, but it was my first time at this location and it was delicious! Those employees were very friendly and made me an awesome sandwich! I will definitely be back, I’m already craving another sandwich

The three gentlemen in the shop were extremely accommodating, Making friendly conversation and making my entire family feel welcome during our order. Food was phenomenal, atmosphere and service 10/10

Had to give this one star because zero isn't an option. Just ordered two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. No bacon anywhere to be found. Very little filling in the sandwich, so it ended up mostly a bread and lettuce sandwich.

What is going on at this location? Poor service. Poor communicatio. I d9nt even think they listen to anything i said. How they could mess up a simple order every. Single. Time. Is well beyond me.

Good subs, a bit pricey. Only complaint was when I got my subs home, the bottom of the bread was essentially a squishy mess from all the oil and vinegar. Will leave that off on the next pick up to go order.

Honestly I hate doing this. The food is great I think most of the employees are great. Today my order that I placed online for pickup was messed up. I have had a bad day, like balled my eyes out have to put my dog down tomorrow bad day. I went to pick some yummy treats up for her and figured I’d get Jersey mikes for dinner for me. I picked up the order I placed, fed my fur baby when I got home, then I was going to eat knowing she was okay. But my order was wrong. I know they are busy, so it’s okay mistakes happen. I call them, they say they can remake it but won’t start remaking it until I get there. I ask them to start now because I only live 5 minutes away. He then tells me it will be a 30 minute wait for my food. I said “are you kidding me?”he says they have a line and are backed up. So I said fine just give me a refund then because that’s crazy. I asked why my food can’t be a priority since I already picked it up and paid it should be made ASAP. He proceeded to ignore me and said alrighty the refund has been made. I wasn’t even mad about it being wrong, I’m mad about the scrappy customer service that was provided when they made a mistake and I was still willing to drive back up. I will not be eating here any more.

Line moved quickly and sub was delicious and hit the spot. The inside was clean and bright inside.The employees were friendly and worked with me on my dietary restrictions. Will definitely be back again.

Only get Nate and Abbie to make your sandwich the other make them so sloppy where you can’t even eat
Food was ready on time and perfectly made. A lot of these places have bumps when they first open, we didn’t experience this with them though.

So I’ve only had 1 bad experience prior to this and I let that one go, but today, was a no go.
I ordered food for my husband and I - my husband was half way through his sub and found a long blonde hair and with me not having long, nor blonde hair and I wasn’t around his food when he was eating, he tossed it and got grossed out.
I was 1/2 into the first half of a regular sub for my dinner and stopped because I had a dark short semi curly hair in my food.
I know that NO ONE was wearing hair nets or their hair up out of the way.
Spent $32 bucks and we both tossed out food in the trash because of it.
We don’t want a refund or replacement, we just won’t go back.
Only good thing out of the meals was the spicy dill pickle chips :)

Don't order online. Just order in person. I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 11:22 am and I arrived exactly on time for a few minutes early. My order was not ready until 11:48 am. I can't count how many people who walked in the store had their sandwiches made and left before my online order was made.
