Waited 30 min in a parking spot for our meals. Food was unremarkable.
3:00 PM on a Saturday. Only ordered a sack and a large diet. Told at the window after ordering it would be 15-20 minutes and to pull into a random parking space.

If Krystals is moving towards dine in wait times they should accommodate for table side seating and according staffing.

I ordered a chik and a cheese krystal for around $6. I was told it would take three minutes and to wait at the front door. It actually took ten minutes, but it was worth the wait. The chik was hot and nicely assembled; chicken was well cooked and crunchy. The cheese krystal tasted fresh and was well made. I feel I've been missing out not coming here sooner. Server seemed nice and hurried out with the food - seemed like she was trying her best.

For myself as a deaf person, these people are so rude to me and putting me the last after they told me to drove up front and wait. I have been waiting for 25 mins and the guy behind me got fast ordered, not me.

The food has gone so far down hill it's sad, got a couple of Krystal Chicks and the chicken was rubbery and chewy seemed to be freezer burnt completely not worth the money.

Burnt onions hard buns !!! Not recognizable as a Krystal burger !! Fire everyone working June 20 at 8:15 pm !!! Coke taste like nozzle has never been cleaned !! Aweful experience that cost me $25 !!
