Unfortunately I had to leave a star. They definitely don’t deserve it. They hired my son (they think they got 4 days of free labor out of him but I can assure you they will be giving him his check come Monday morning or else we will be contacting US Labor Department Wage & Hour Division. The communication between my son and the management team about his hours was horrible. Now they claim that they emailed him his W2 to fill out so that he can get his check. Nothing but lies!!! Don’t let your kid work here. It was my son’s first job.and after only working him 4 days within 3 weeks they informed him it wasn’t working out. How can they determine that in 4 days?? This business only wants to hire for free labor then fire cause it “ain’t working out”. They should be ashamed of themselves for getting free labor out of minors.

Them employee was rude to me about how I ordered. I have a disability with speaking so I already feel shy. I was so uncomfortable because he just kept going on and on. I ended up leaving with no food. Be mindful as an employee, not every customer is like you.

My girlfriend went to pick up food and the whole time she was waiting for her food the man in the window kept asking for her number and when she politely declined and she said she has a girlfriend he said we should both join him in his one bedroom apartment. First off not only is that unprofessional but we are here for food not a hotline . We felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. If these are the type of employees your store has we will not be returning. Harassment was not part of our order. Not to mention he got the WHOLE ORDER WRONG so busy flirting and making nasty remarks he forgot our chili cheese fries and made two of our Krystal’s wrong. I hope this is addressed for employees to understand this isn’t a booty call this is a fast food place. This happened 04-05-25 around 8:40pm

The woman who was obviously in charge did a fantastic job! I didn't catch her name but she said her day at work was just beginning at 7 pm on Saturday night. She gently coached her team and told them how to do tasks with firmness yet kindness. My family went inside to order takeout. The service was efficient and the food was exactly what I expected. I didn't check the order and unfortunately an order of chili cheese tater tots was forgotten. I was very surprised to see that the milkshakes were made with real ice cream! What a treat! The carpet in the lobby was so disgusting. When we walked in our shoes actually stuck! My husband joked that they must clean the floors by dumping Coke on them. Floors are visibly dirty and desperately need a professional deep clean. I understand that it's difficult with the business open 24 hours but it's necessary to figure that out. Payments accepted are cash or card. Tap to pay is only an option here if you know your full card number. All in all, an acceptable meal.
