Since the new ownership, this restaurant has improved in many ways. The service is on point, the food is delicious. I am glad someone decided to reopen.

Tonight’s delivery was the hottest it’s ever been!! The Italian sausage, pepperoni and the cheese was just melting in my mouth! Not to leave out the puffs, they were so soft and hot the cheese was sliding out and pulling away and I didn’t need any sauce the sauce inside was so good it was coming out with every bite!! They were Perfect!!! 3 cheese and herb crazy puffs are Great!!!

It's really disappointing that Google won't remove the old reviews for this location. Since they've reopened everything has been wonderful, from customer service, to the food. A+++++ GREAT JOB NEW OWNERS! delicious pizza, smile with a service, and great prices.

They are back, and I love it. They might not have them 5 dollar hot and readys, but they still be hot n ready. 10 outta 10 will definitely recommend.

The people are very unfriendly. Multiple employees where outside. While I waited inside, plus no food was made and noone was making any as well.

Every single time I go here it's between 7:30-7:45. And Every time I get turned away. If you haven't ordered ahead you apparently cannot order a pizza because they close at 8 pm. What happened to hot and ready??

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? Their food it's nowhere near his good has the Little Caesars in Pace. Their customer service is almost the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Chances of you getting you order right are less than 30% it seems. Employees seemed to have the attitude that by you shopping there you are causing them to have to work; and they're not there to work, there just to get paid for acting like they are working.

Ordered one cheese pizza on the app 30 minutes before I left my destination from Pensacola to the place and it still wasn't ready had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be ready. No apology for the extra wait or offered anything for the long wait either. Won't be back to this location. I would definitely recommend a different location.

Tried calling repeatedly to order ahead, no answer. Got to the store and was told we don’t answer the phone, we don’t have enough people. The girl at the front was very nice, however having to sit and wait is frustrating. At least put on your answering we can’t get to the phone because we are short staffed.

Waited to order for more than 15 minutes. Nobody came to the counter. So I went somewhere else.
