Had the worst experience at this loves .I've never been stranded and this is the first time this happens to me so my truck wouldn't start and the manager or the person in charge was being rude and was telling us we had to move our truck when we were trying to fix that problem then she call the towe truck on us twice telling us she was going to call the cops trying to intimidate us I think she had a connection with towing service getting a cut poor service

Stop at this love gas station while passing by coming from our trip from Disney with my husband and kids. Worse loved I’ve ever been too. While my husband gas up got off with my 5 little kids to buy snack and use the restroom. We turned off the truck and when we came back it didn’t want to turn try to jump cables didn’t work. Smoke started coming out from the hood smelled like burned wire. Called our insurance to send a towe truck. Then this lady employee came out screaming like a crazy person that we were blocking her gas pumps and that we needed to move the truck. Must I remind you the truck didn’t want to turn on at all brand new truck so don’t really no why. We had some nice employees thay Would come and check on us to see if they could help. The that one employee was screaming at us over the intercom and demanding us to move our truck when we had been stuck there not on purpose and because it’s a new push start truck we were unable to put the truck in neutral to push it. She called the towing company on us twice and was calling the Olivier because we couldn’t move the truck. Worse place to ever stop. So such ignorant lady that even the towing people was like wow this lady really hates you guys. She was trying to Leave us strained there with our kids ages 11-2. Because we where blocking her pumps. Such a bitter women.

Horrible management! We had car trouble and the car wouldn’t start and the manager wasn’t any help and demanded us to magically turn on our car and move it. We explained to her that we were trying to get it to turn on so we can move it and leave but it wasn’t starting. It wouldn’t even start with jumper cables. However the Manager (female) only cared about us blocking ONE pump when there was little to no traffic that day. She called a tow truck to move it, but that tow truck ended up getting stuck and side we hadn’t moved…. She called another tow truck. She was no help and extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering any type of assistance she insisted we magically turned the car on and move. Worst LOVE’S store we have ever been too. Management is unprofessional and to what it seemed like every racist. LOVE’s need to look at their management and see who they hire for jobs like this. Unfortunately this Milton Love’s store is poorly managed and Love’s Corporation needs to rethink who they put in charge.

Amazing spot!! Nice, clean and friendly. Showers were big (we had shower #2) and super clean. The fans and vents were practically dust free. Grout was even clean! SUPER HOT water and the shower pressure was awesome. The ONLY “negative “ is they only had 1 hr parking so we had to drive to the rest area to catch a nap before driving more. But I marked it on my list of places to stop again.

I don't understand why 615 in the morning on a Friday at a truck stop they have two people at the front register with no clothes signs at the other register and they tell me there's no one else down there I said well why do you have drivers walking around the store not knowing where to pay Kristen didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or anything it's like why hire employees that can't even admit when they're wrong

While waiting I checked out the dog park for our pup. Clean and convenient dog park way in the back past Arby's on the right side. Quiet and next to a pond and line of trees. This is why we always stop at Loves.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. I asked the young lady at the fuel desk. If it was OK to park my personal vehicle out front for a ride a share. She said not probably. A month goes by everything is going well The the GM put a note on my vehicle saying it will be towed away if I park here again. I went back in and asked the same lady about parking. She said come back tomorrow and talk to the GM. To make a long story short. She tells people they can park their then the GM has the car towed. I wonder how much is the towing company paying him to call tow aways in? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
