Last week I got a happy meal for my daughter and they forgot the fries . Today I went to get her another happy meal so I ordered the 6 piece nugget kids meal and was given 4 pieces despite the box saying 6 on the top. Additionally both of our drinks were FLAT and disgusting

Owners please take note of this review. After a tiny mishap with my order, Casey really smoothed the whole thing over perfectly. She is SO good with customers, and managers like this should be praised and rewarded. Very sweet girl and I can tell she actually cares about the place. Please promote her 😁. I went out of my way to make this review because I am genuinely impressed.

I get it's end of shift but a 1/4lb w/cheese and fries should be hot. I know because I slung food for McDonald's in Monument. Crew was friendly but frankly the food was subpar. Burger should have been hot off the grill and the fries hot not sitting in the warm rack for 10min.

Stop by to get lunch at McDonald's today they were understaffed which was not their fault but the food was horrible undercooked took one bite and had to throw it in the trash you need to do better when you cook your food and there was no salt on the french fries

The last few times I have ordered we've been missing food from our order. Often the kids meal which is the worst part in my opinion. Tonight we were missing 2 drinks and a whole kids meal. This has become very regular unfortunately. I understand mistakes are made but every single time is a little ridiculous. Do better McDonald's.
