Not 24 hours. 758pm on Sunday and the doors locked to the building. Manager needs to fire these indolent workers. Nobody cares about customer service here ever. Im sure the locals agreed. Completely bs 🙄

They were supposed to be open 24 hours I placed an order on the app to find they were closed! Now my money has not been refunded and a Mgr says I have to drive there? Who is paying for my time and fuel for what you screwed up? I am retired I don't drive to town just refund my money!

I went to the Milton McDonald's off Highway 90 and or Caroline Street. I ordered a $5 meal deal and a large fry. My order came to be $9.20. I rolled up to the window and I paid the cashier. I paid the cashier $20.25. The amount I was supposed to get back is $11.05. She hands me the receipt and and the money back and I don't go to put it in my wallet until I'm rolling up to the second window. I realized she only gave me back $1.05. I now am at the second window and let the next cashier know what happened. He closes the window and after a minute or two. What I'm assuming is the manager on site says and I quote hand me the dollar. I go to tell her what I paid and she cuts me off and says I know give me the dollar with an attitude. In order just to leave and get away from the dirty look she was giving me I gave her the dollar and she gave me a $10 bill and did not even give me back my receipt. I'm sure that was on purpose so I wouldn't call the number. It isn't so much that I was robbed of a dollar but the vile way I was treated because the cashier along with the manager doesn't know basic math. I would advise anyone going to that location if they are using cash to make sure you have the correct change before you drive off or better yet don't use cash there.. I will never make that mistake again. This was August 23rd around 2:45 p.m.

Ordered ahead through the mobile app, arrived there 17 minutes later, food wasn't ready. We ordered 2 McDoubles, 2 small fries, 2-4pc nuggets, and a Hu-C no ice, plus a Dr pepper, ended up with 2 cokes full of ice and they were watery. 20 minutes went by, still wasn't ready. Another 20 minutes went by, nothing. Went back to the counter, they hadn't even started my order, 16 minutes later finally got my order. Wrong drinks and we're supposed to be no ice in 1 of them but they were both full of ice. Got home, the burger in one meal was missing pickles and onions, and had mustard on it and was supposed to be no mustard. Burger in the other meal was no onions and it had onions all in it but had a gob of mustard so we couldn't even trade. Fries were VERY cold and very soggy (flimsy as could be) both boxes of nuggets had black burnt stuff all in the boxes and on the nuggets. So I ordered everything ahead of time and still ended up waiting 56 minutes (from the time I checked in til the time I pulled out of the parking lot) for incorrect sandwiches, cold fries, watered down wrong drinks, and nuggets that had pieces of what tasted
like burnt food that was floating in the dryer for a while. I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a restaurant like that.

Waited 10 minutes to arrive at the menu to order, was asked to hold for a moment and then waited for 15 minutes while listening to the employees speak on their un-muted headphones. After multiple attempts to speak to them I left and drove up the road to arbys.

This mcdonalds is putting a mcchicken in a crispy chicken deluxe box. They say they are out of the mccrispy buns, out of tomatoes, and using the small mcchicken patties. This mcdonalds is robbing people.
