Today they did a great job. Both windows were nice and polite! They did ask me to pull into a parking spot while they finished my order. I hate this and I really wish they would stop this practice especially when nobody is behind.
Anyway, they had my order to my car in less than two minutes. The food was hot and tasty. I really appreciate these folks doing a great job!

I knew it was possible to get old food.. I had no idea I’d ever get a cold burger from any fast food joint anywhere… you had to try.. UPDATE: it’s been 2 years since I ate at this location… they surprised me in their ability to lower the bar and somehow set their new personal best on my list of 2 fast food orders that came back just egregiously horrible..

i went through the drive through ordered three meals, the boy who was supposed to be giving me my food clocked out in the middle of serving us, an older lady took over , when she handed me my “three meals” i asked her if the one bag that was barely full had every thing she said yes, i pulled over and parked to double check and one whole meal was missing, the chicken nuggets to both other meals were missing , my partner had to go inside and wait 30 minutes trying to get the rest of our food, all three of the “managers” were absolutely no help, until josh who was in the middle of serving other people decided to be more helpful than the people supposedly above him made the rest of our food AND served us.
The absolute worst, nastiest, and laziest McDonald's I've ever seen waited in line at the drive thru for a over an hour for them to tell me they didn't have time for my order to pull forward and wait just to sit for a another 30 minutes and still not get my order and they are not 24 hour theu close and random times each night just to not have to work

The terrible GM is gone, and this location has returned to a sense of normalcy. The fries are a little cold sometimes, and last time I was here there were onions on my plain burger, but they were nice and fixed my problems quickly. The environment has drastically improved since the exit of the old manager.

Worst customer service ever I ordered a sausage egg Mc griddle combo for five dollars and they gave me and charged me for a sausage egg McMuffin meal for $7.39 plus other charges and refused to correct it And the one cashier was overdramatic and very rude, and the general manager did not seem to care she had just as much of care and attitude as the other

Check your order and make sure they got it right.... I don't know if the drive through la was exhausted or something else.... I had to tell her they didn't give me all the strawberry cream pies..... I had to ask for bbq sauce....
Be prepared to wait for the grinch meal.... At least they did let us know that they were out of sauce for the hamburgers that come with the grinch meal and had only mcnuggets.
