This McDonald's has continued to go downhill this last year. I've had to go inside to pickup missing items after going in the drive thru more times than I can remember. Today, I was told to pull into a spot to wait for my food. Had a car on either side of me and they both received their food. The server came over with a bag but it wasn't mine and said she'd be back. I waited and waited and she never returned. People were steadily getting their food in the drive thru. A Jeep pulled next to me to wait for food and I decided no one was coming back. I went inside and finally someone came to the counter. I explained what was going on. She said they would get it made. Same girl as before handed me my food. I got home and my son's burgers had onions and pickles which I asked to omit. My McRib had no onions, a tiny pickle and hardly any sauce on it. It was one of many bad experiences there.

This is the third time this week I have been to this McDonald's this week sitting in the drive thru without any acknowledgment, I go inside and stand for 30 minutes while the managers are laughing and giggling doing absolutely nothing. Very poor service

I can not exaggerate enough on how the service of many McDonald's has gone wayyyyy down. This one in milton being the worst. McDonalds was my very first job and when I was hired, at this store to be exact, I was trained to always give service with a smile and they prided themselves on moving customers along quickly and smoothly. But not anymore, my husband and I left the laundry mat to go to mcds to grab a quick dinner, we had 36 mins on the dryer and only 5 mins away from mcds. We went inside to place our order on the kiosk because the app wasn't working, the GM was sitting at the table eating and doing things on a laptop and whatnot as the lobby began to fill with people. Walk in customers and food delivery people alike, we ordered a happy meal and a $5meal deal. I swear we waited to receive our food for 45 mins. And had to make a spectacle of ourselves to get our order! I'm so disappointed in the decline of this business chain.

Literally the slowest service ever. Waited over 15mins in the drive thru for 2 fish sandwich meals!!!! Do not recommend going thru their drive thru!!!!

The food is MCD let’s just be honest about the service. I paid for sauce got no sauce place was utterly chaos. Staff was non responsive and never said a single word and even handed me my food or dropped it in the table.
Overpriced laziness if you ask me but the fries were TASTY!!

I'm really annoyed with their breakfast hours online it says 11:00 and it's 10:30. Many people are still eating breakfast at 11:00. It's frustrating when you get the baby packed up and you run out of the door for something that you've been craving and then you get here and not only do they take everybody else in line before you but then they don't have what you want because they wanted to shut up early
The place is not clean, it’s unstocked, none of the drinks are available, up to and to include water. The food took a long time and they tried to only give us half the food we ordered. I think that ANYWHERE but HERE spare your family

This McDonald's used to be awesome, but for the past few months of going there it's been a 50/50 tossup between great and awful food. About half of the time I order a burger it's pink in the middle because they're rushing to get the food out. And I often get soggy fries as well. I will not be eating at this location any longer.

We just went thru the drive thru and there’s no egg or cheese on the steak, EGG, and CHEESE biscuit. Second time in the last few weeks where our order is messed up. Spent $20 for our order to be wrong. How ridiculous.
