Rude staff. It's not my fault you're short-handed. Tell the franchise owner to stop being greedy and pay another person so you're not by yourself. When I entered the store I was immediately told if you want something you're going to have to wait. What a way to greet a customer. I can't believe the gentleman with the long hair even has a job. With all the pizza options in Milton and Pace I will start finding another one. You have lost my business
My go to. Love Papa John's. No seating just takeout or delivery and the sweet employees all make this my favorite pizza place

The door dashers could not fit inside and there was no one at the front to assist with us I sat inside waiting for my DoorDash for 15 minutes I had to cancel I had some other job I needed to go to George ashers beware

DASHERS BEWARE! THE SIGN INSIDE THE STORE THAT DIRECTS YOU TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER IS AGAINST THE TERMS OF YOUR CONTRACT! YOU CAN BE DEACTIVATED FOR OPENING BOXES! IT'S ALSO PROHIBITED BY THE FEDERAL AND STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE DASHERS DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO PREPARE FOOD FOR OTHERS!

Wow this is subpar performance! Bacon and onion pizza had all the onions the few that were there all piled in the center and just a dusting of bacon on it. The other literally had all the toppings placed in the center and outer 3 inches were bare! And we waited 45 min for this… we’re too hungry to reject it and the thought of having to wait another 45 was out of the question! Definitely not happy! The request for correction was rudely told oh you were at the busy time and so just take it as it is. They have no concern for customer satisfaction! Manager is rude and condescending to customers.

Ordered through door dash. Was delivered before the time said online which was great. The dasher forgot or did not receive our Pepsi. We called the store to let them know. Was placed on hold for more than 25 minutes. Both my wife and I tried but never got anyone on the phone.

I can see why they have a low rating. Customer service is horrible. They also gossip about customers with them standing there and act like u cant say anything back to them. I would give no stars if i could.

Hey Papa John's! Is there a reason why your employee would drop off the pizza at the doorstep and not ring the doorbell for our attention? I'm all for supporting businesses in a small community, but this is socially and morally unacceptable. I understand you use door dash as a means to better serve the community, or maybe you don't have the means to support another employee on payroll. Either way, this approach is not effective and a failure towards your overall long-term business strategies - you just lost a loyal customer.
