Manager (Timothy) hung up on me when I checked my order after an hour and a half. I asked for my money back and he said I can’t give you your money back because your order didn’t go through, but it came out of my bank. I drove to the store, talked to the other manager who yelled to Timothy “did you hang up on a customer?” Which I’m assuming he shook his head no and I asked to talk to him and he wouldn’t come out of the back. The manager told me that the money won’t come out of my account that it’s pending and the order never went through. It’s funny because I got a call from doordash confirming my address and then told me he was in Georgia. They gaslit me in so many ways, it was honestly crazy and the weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced with food orders. I ordered from here once a week and had issues with the delivery, but we are human so that wasn’t a big issue. After this I will never go back to this location, I will not go to a business that is RUDE AF to customers and especially one that a manager hangs up on you. When I asked the manager is this your number? Showed her my calls, she said yes. She told me you have to press 5 to talk to someone in the store but I pressed 2. I called again after I left and pressed 2 to confirm and, sure enough…it was the store. Funny. I guess I’ll see if that pending $45 goes through.

As fast food pizza goes...it is Papa Johns as the hands down winner. Yes, a brick oven pizzaria will usually beat them, but hiw many times do you have easy access to a quality brick oven pizzaria.

Not good. I hadn't ordered from Papa Johns in a while. What the heck happened? I used to love their pizza. Zero flavor. Nothing. No zest in the sauce, flavorless meat..I think it was meat..no flavor in the pineapple. What gives? I can't spend money on this again.

I ordered on the app and my food was done so fast. I was excited until I sat with my family and ate. No flavor, cheese like rubber, my chicken cheese sticks pizza and cookie was horrible. I didn’t think it would be bad all around but it was today
