The app didn’t let me know my order had been delivered and so I called and spoke with the manager to see if they were running behind, she alerted me my food had been delivered 25min prior to my call and the drivers aren’t required to let you know according to her. I just wanted my account noted so that they text me and she kept trying to make excuses and reasons why I didn’t know it was there and so forth, showed 0 care for her job, and kept doing this until I got upset...read full review
It took one hour and twenty five minutes to get my order! I’m 2 1/2 miles away!! The order came ,,ice cold,, the driver didn’t even have in a thermal bag,, and laughed and said well we’re busy!!! 1 hour and 25 minutes ,,, 2 1/2 miles away!!! Never again !! Boomerangs Pizza is awesome!!!
