Order here regularly. Today my stuffed crust pizza was so thin. Not their usual quality. Everything else was good, just unexpected less than quality pizza.

Every single time I order melts from this Pizza Hut they get the order wrong. This time, I order pepperoni and they gave me meat lovers with that nasty ham on it. Last time I ordered 2 pepperoni melts and one of them was meat lovers again.

When i walked in to pick up my order, i was greeted and I had a nice conversation whilst i was waiting for my food to come out. The workers and managers were all courteous. Catherine, the manager, went out of her way to alleviate any stress i was having about my order and she had the conversation with me at the front desk. Inside, it was quiet, reserved and professional. My service time was outstanding, the staff were very nice and the food was fresh and hot. 10/10 will go again.

I didn't catch her name but super thankful for the lady tonight when I placed my order as I was walking my dog. I haven't eaten all day and I've opened the door to snag orders before but this time I guess the last night air conditioners spooked him. She was super sweet and brought the food out 10/10 thank you much!

When we went to pick up our pizza the man working was very rude. Told him our name and he just threw the pizza on the counter. Never offered napkins or anything.

Two of A Kind Gals
I’m making this post because I’m just really disappointed how the service has went down at this location in the past year. Below are the things I experienced when I went in.
1) was not greeted, the employee saw me walk in and she was standing at the counter putting boxes together and talk to her male coworker about what he was going to do for the upcoming weekend. 3-4 mins past by and she finally came to me and asked “name?”. No “hey how are you?” Not even a simple “hello”. 2) there was another female in the back that first was talking about another customer and about how he complained on the phone about the price and how when he got there he was going to speak to a manager. She went on and on talking crap about this manager while there were 3 customers in the small waiting area. 3) that same female hit her hand or did something to it (I couldn’t see but I heard her). Yelled “gah damnit” knowing there were customers in the lobby. 4) I ended up cancelling the order I had with them because I honestly was disappointed and just didn’t want to wait anymore. Do better PIZZA HUT! Yall have went downhill!

I called to oder pizza for my mother and was abruptly informed, the business was closed, which was odd for obvious reasons. When I ask about other locations, the individual informed me that they were closed as well. There are many other choices so that’s exactly what we did. I have no idea why a delivery only business would do that but there you have it.
