1 star is too good for this establishment!! Cold fries and tator tots, missing a drink and when the drink was brought to me the lid wasn’t properly secured resulting in it spilling all over my son. Clearly this place isn’t monitored by management or at least one that truly cares.

Ordered 2 Drinks Ocean water and cherry limeaide both tasted like soda water had no flavor told the worker she added cherry juice still tasted like soda water no flavor my daughter said no flavor of the coconut ocean water too

As a doordasher, I'm just trying to get my customer's food and take it to them but every time I am trying to pick up an order from here, there is always an issue. An issue with the order, the speed, the customer service, you name it. Tonight topped it off with the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I had to pay with MY MONEY for my customer's order since there was an issue with their system or something. I was met with petty attitudes when asking for a receipt to be reimbursed by doordash since they did not give it to me when they gave me the order and I asked for a drink carrier since my car does not have cup holders. Two different people gave attitudes and when the guy handed me the carrier, he did it with an attitude and handed me one I had to try to fold together while holding the drinks I had just received. Needless to say, I'm not impressed.

Every time I come to this Sonic they either mess it up or it's cold so I send it back and now it's supposed to be hot and the cheese didn't even melt. you touch the hot dog and it's cpld on 2nd time and the bun is dry. Never again.

I love coming to sonic, but todays service from the manager was abysmal to say the least. i pulled into a booth to place my order, and instead of politely letting me know that i had to go through the drive through, she ran outside yelling at me to go to the drive through. that didn’t bother me as much as her not saying anything to the other people in the booths. after that i’m going through the drive through and the speaker is down (not her fault i understand) so i pull forward to hear her slamming doors on her way to deliver the food to customers. the lady at the window was a sweet heart too, but you can tell she’s stressed. which i can’t say if it’s because they are busy or because of the manager, but i wouldn’t be surprised to say both. i love this sonic and the service, food, and atmosphere are normally so good, but today it was horrendous. it’s upsetting to see this and i hope something changes :(

Grease must be week old tater tots so bitter not edible. Cheese sticks same bitter from grease. Tried to tell staff issues and just got a sorry about that. Close up! You have no concern or desires to serve quality quick serv food.

Just picked up an order ahead mobile order. The smash burger wasn’t cooked well whatsoever. The meat was still pink when I took my first bite. This was so disappointing.
