They advertise the buy one get one free on the app and the app is having technical difficulties,so I'm not able to place the order. The sonic on hwy 90 in Milton,fl. would not honor the advertisement and when ordering anyway the person taking the order was very rude about the whole issue

Absolutely horrible!!! We ordered online and paid for our order, when we got there they didn’t have the product to make our order! We asked for a refund which they didn’t give us ! Instead they slammed the window In our face while the girl and the “general manager “ were screaming from the other side of the glass to leave!!! Iv never been more appalled at a restaurant in my life!!! Who owns this store??? Who hired these people!!! Probably why your not making money at this business!!!

Tonight has done me in after five years of this location having the nastiest food, working in the food industry myself much like many other people in this town we promise you we can taste when you haven’t cleaned your grease. It’s not a secret. I always wait no less than 10-15 mins after placing an order before making it to the window, 90% of the time continue to wait at the window for 10 minutes extra with my shakes and sonic blasts sitting on the counter, looking like soup. To be met with stale energy and rude looks like I got from the young girl working the window tonight. It is so bad and has been these last year that my eight year-old child starts placing bets in the car on how long it’ll take and how melted our ice cream will be or cold our hot food will be. Then whenever we get home she announces she will be putting them in the freezer so they’re not so soupy I’m sure I would be met with why don’t I just go to another location? I have been coming to this location since I was eight years old with my grandparents. I’m almost 30, Getting ice cream from this specific location is something I’ve been doing with my kids since they were babies, would really hate to see decades, worth of love and memories Have to be relocated Simply because of just thorough, consistent negligence and no care

I love the Route 44 lemon slushy. If you get 1 during primetime, it may not be icy enough. Just tell them how you want it. Icy 👍 yeah. Very good. BLT is good too. Though the bacon 🥓 may be a little extra crispy. It is fast food. They specialize in deserts.

Better than it was but can we just get thise extra oreos we asked for? No worries ill pay for the double or triple oreos but ya gotta put them in there. Lots of mustard on those hamburgers. Tots still great of course.

1 star is too good for this establishment!! Cold fries and tator tots, missing a drink and when the drink was brought to me the lid wasn’t properly secured resulting in it spilling all over my son. Clearly this place isn’t monitored by management or at least one that truly cares.

Ordered 2 Drinks Ocean water and cherry limeaide both tasted like soda water had no flavor told the worker she added cherry juice still tasted like soda water no flavor my daughter said no flavor of the coconut ocean water too
