We have visited this location a few different times. The issues we experienced tonight with our ice cream orders, sealed the deal for me. We ordered 3 shakes, a cup of ice cream and a bag of Ice. The bag of ice was brought out 10 minutes prior to our ice cream. The car hop told us they were having issues with the ice cream machine and wasn’t sure how long it would take before our ice cream arrived. The ice cream in a cup was perfect. Our shakes were pure liquid. When I mentioned it to the car hop she told me that if I wanted a thicker ice cream I should have ordered a blast. I told her we would just toss them because we were going to be drinking/eating the items that they gave us. The manager on duty did come out and speak to me. She did remake two out of 3 shakes. They were better, but still required time in the freezer when we got home. Keep in mind we had our bag of ice sitting in our car the whole time! Why in the world would they bring out the ice we ordered knowing they had issues with the ice cream machine?? We will be visiting a different facility for our evening cravings from now on.

The food was cold I ordered a large frie and they was so cold and tough I had to throw them away and the large was about as big as a small one the tea was amazing and by the time I got home to eat and I only live a 1/4 mile from there it was redlious

I don't do fast food much anymore, but I am a Sonic fan. One of the best burgers around. And one of the only places you can get a footlong coney in the south. I have no complaints.

Its getting bad when you pull up, hit the button and then 5 mins later not have anyone even say " please hold for a moment". With only one other vehicle in drive thru. The service has been going down for a while and today was the last straw. Just make the extra drive into pace, haven't had any issues there.Update 9/17/2023- still horrible, slow customer service. Pulled into stall and saw drive through completely empty before anyone ever even came on the (barley understandable) speaker.
We were fortunate enough to catch the milkshake special here, so the price was not bad. The milkshake was very good, topped with whipped cream, which would not be case at another local Sonic's. The service was fast and courteous here. We will definitely go back here too, even though regularly priced milkshakes are a little bit hi. The environment is awesome, even though a busy road is right in front of it. My child enjoyed the visit and that makes it very worthwhile!

They are always busting tail but still friendly. I appreciate seeing Chris bring my drinks after trips to the dog park.
They gave us the wrong food at the drive-thru, and then argued with this that we ordered stuff we did not and would not give us what we wanted so out of frustration we just paid in left.

Had 3 cars in front of us and watched her make our ice cream at 1127 pm we waited and additional 12 mins before we got to the window 1139 pm and was served watery ice cream and when I told her it was all melted she said it was the hot fudge , no it was made 12 min ago ..we just paid and left watery hot fudge sundae with no ice cream just milk fudge and melted whip cream and a watery melted oreo blast ..., don't make an ice cream order 10 to 12 minutes prior when u still have other customers waiting for meals !
