My mom ordered me a Caffe Latte and they gave her this disgusting Chai Latte. I'm trying to drink it so I don't waste it but it's absolutely horrible. She showed them a picture and the text of my order and they still gave her this mess of a drink. Im trying to finish it so she doesn't waste her money but it has given me a stomach ache. They had no food that we wanted so she settled.

After a 12 hour work day and a quick hour to run errands then head back to work, this crew in Pace always puts a smile on my face. Not sure if it's cause I also work in the hospitality/ service industry but they can always tell when I need an extra push of encouragement.

Did not even acknowledge I was there, the three girls just chatted with each other behind the counter while a line formed for 5 minutes. When one of the girls finally came to the counter she said nothing and smiled. As I started to give my order the other girl called her. Now we are approaching ten minutes and she finally walks back to take my order. I get what I ordered in like 2 secs but the coffee was so awful. I am not sure how they made it, I literally just threw it in the garbage at the counter. Never going back here

Was not happy. I’ve been here multiple times, drink is made wrong EVERY single time. They always forget cold foam or caramel drizzle. Baristas are very rude & not welcoming at all.

Came tonight at 8:10pm, online hours say closes at 9pm. Get there and the girl says she cannot serve me as she is closed. Came two days ago, waited in a long line for nearly 20mins, only to find out that they are out of cold brew once I finally get to the checkout counter.

I went in and asked questions about the cold brew drink since I had never had it before. The barista was kind of rude. She was heavier set with dark hair. I go wait for my drink to be made and she was complaining to another barista about me asking too many stupid questions. I’ll just go across the street from now on because every experience I’ve had thus far has ranged from terrible to mediocre.

After coming here I would definitely say that they are under staffed and are in need of more supply's. Line is usually extra long because of this and make it less enjoyable to order. Baristas are nice and they do make a good drink ,however; waiting for 10 minutes does not make it seam worth it.The Real Reviewer grants them a 4/5.... coming to review a place near you

I love coming to get my favorite drink because no other Starbucks is ever in stock. To realize that your hours say 9pm and your closing early EVERY NIGHT. They are supposed to close at 9pm. Not 8pm. I can’t even believe this and will no longer bring my service to this place
