Had to pay extra for bacon even though it comes on the sandwich worker didn't seem to understand what I was talking about when I told her the bacon came on the sandwich go here if you want your order messed up and to pay extra for your sandwich. Train your employees to know the sandwiches better.

I wasn’t going to write a review but I just CANNOT get this off of my mind!!! I was there about a week ago in the afternoon and stopped for some food after driving for five hours straight. The staff was mostly polite besides the manager!!! This lady was so short with me and treated her employees like complete garbage!!! She was cussing up a storm and shouting!!! If I had not already started my order I would have left then and there!!! When was paying for my food I asked who she was and why she still has a job and I was astonished when I heard she was the MANAGER. Also almost twenty dollars for JUST a footlong??? You’re joking! Get it together and do some serious revision this is absolutely insane!!! I’m glad I don’t live in this area because the rest of your customers HAVE TO BE fed up!!! I hope the lady I’m speaking of gets some serious help she needs it and to the other employees she was yelling at, you all did fantastic. I’m sorry you all have to put up with that.

Manager has no business working in public. Demeaning and cursing an obviously new employee who asked for clarification on an order is unacceptable. Food was fantastic. The employee who made our sandwiches was polite and professional. The manager cursing her staff and belligerently hateful attitude ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. Get rid of this manager and my rating goes to 5*.

DO NOT do the nachos!! They really are not footlong size, the box is a footlong box but it's a small bag of doritos and the chicken is like chicken out of a can, you are not allowed to add anything to them!! I wanted to add lettuce and black olives and was told I was not allowed to add to them. Very 😔, I was looking forward to these nachos and I was let down!

I've been to subways all over the country. This was probably the nicest, cleanest, friendliest one I'd ever been in. The new menu was nice. The location was extremely clean. The restroom is extremely clean and the employees were very friendly and made small talk while making our sandwiches. They had no problems giving me a side of sauce or putting extra of toppings that I wanted. I've been to other subways that said sauce could only go on the sandwich and not on the side. They took great care with wrapping up my sandwich, double wrapped it So it would arrive home safely without being a mess, because I tend to get a lot of sauce lol. The new ghost pepper bread was fantastic and the right amount of spice and their guacamole was good on my sandwich. Really liked this subway, definitely go to this one if you are craving sandwiches. subway is a subway but I've had poorly made sandwiches from some and this place made it perfectly with high attention to detail and was super friendly to boot.

Terrible experience walked in and no one greeted me and sat there for a good 4 minutes before I was spoken to. A guy name Sam made my order was very rude and not helpful at all. It is not that hard to be polite to someone if you don’t like your job then get a different one simple.

so i’ve been here on and off and finally had to leave a review, this is the ONLY Subway i’ll visit, ALWAYS clean, stocked up, they actually have sweat tea, during i’ve witnessed during rush hours the manager michelle somehow remembering 4-5 orders, during my early visit i asked her name and if i could include her name in my review because this store and the staff deserve it!

Terrible customer service. I had placed an online order on the app, and when I got there, I told them I was here to pick up an online order. The guy behind the counter says “We don’t have any online orders.” So I pulled up the order and showed him, and he responds “Oh, it hasn’t processed yet.” Which, okay, I understand. I’ve been a manager before in food service, so I understand when the system doesn’t always process the order right away. But it had already been about 15 minutes since I placed the order. But I decided to wait to see if it would go through. Another 15 minutes pass by, and I asked the guy behind the counter “Hey, has my online order processed yet?” All he says is “Nope.” At this point, I’m a bit frustrated and upset, because to be honest, what he should have said when I walked in and said I was picking up an online order was “Oh I’m sorry ma’am, it looks like we might be having problems with our online ordering system because we don’t have any online orders. Can I see your order? I’ll start working on it.” And I would have been fine with that. Because if a customer can clearly show you an order they made and paid for online, but you haven’t received it yet, that should be the first thing you do is apologize and ask for their order so you can make it. That’s how me and the other managers at my old job trained our employees. But no, he doesn’t even bother to try to help me. And at this point, my order had been placed 30 minutes ago. So I said “If I show you my order, could you make it for me please?” He just says “I guess….” He was very rude. Well he makes my order, and they were out of a lot of product. Which I get that the regular employees can’t help that. Sometimes the truck is delayed due to weather, or something else happens to delay getting the truck on time. Or maybe there’s a shortage of a certain product. But other times, it’s honestly just poor management ordering the truck. I feel like this is one of the stores under poor management, because it seems they can’t even train their employees to be courteous and helpful when their online ordering system is messed up. 0/10, do not recommend this Subway.

I walked in to get two 12 Inch subs and two 6 Inch Subs Off the bat, the lady helping me was already being kind of rude and then she asks me what goes on the next sub and I tell her and she Says you didn’t have two 12 Inch subs you only had one and I said I told you two She gets mad and starts making smart remarks and then she asks if we’d like any of them toasted. I told her the one I wanted toasted and she put Two completely different ones in the toaster and so I Tell her those ones aren’t supposed to be toasted And she says I’m done I’m done but it’s weird because she wasn’t even really her job in the first place and then, as she was checking us out, she apologized which was nice. Hopefully she can learn to be more respectful or get a new job!

I rate this specific Subway a ZERO. My parents went to get a sandwich on Veterans Day. (MY DAD IS A VETERAN) All the other restaurants were packed and were honoring men and women who have served this amazing country. NOT this one. They went out of their way to put a sign in the window saying so. There was not a soul in there. Let's keep it that way. VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
