I’m writing this at 12:26am, I have been waiting in line for an order I placed at 11:13pm on 12/13. I got in line not long after I placed my order, roughly 11:20pm. I saw everyone ahead of me get their order, though it took an extremely long time. I wouldn’t typically be difficult, but I already spent my money, I placed the order in advance. I got in line 40 minutes before closing. I worked a 10 hour shift at work today. I just want my food that I paid for. I hear the staff inside, they’re giggling and saying “oh my god”, they even walked outside and saw me. It’s insane.

One of the best taco bell locations, this place has gotten a lot better in the past year or two.
went thru drive thru. Then had to go through drive thru again because they forgot something. Get home, and come to find out my order is wrong. I paid for a grilled cheese burrito but got some kind of plain bean and cheese burrito. I ordered a crunch wrap with steak, instead it was just a beef crunch wrap. Paid for cheese cups, they only filled them 1/4 of the way with cheese!!!
This place is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Seriously, just do your job right!!!! People PAY MONEY for the food. This isn’t a charity, and if you can’t give customers what they paid for, then close down! I will be calling tomorrow demanding a refund. This was the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Awful.

Got a party pack with sour cream. And of course NEVER get the sour cream....and the older lady wanted to tell me that I am wrong....so after getting dirty looks...she makes my tacos and literally puts nothing inside of them besides sour cream. Dirty place HORRIBLE morning people

I was in a huge hurry and was able to make it to my destination on time! Luckily, LeTroy was able to command the drive thru and communicate to his team (speeding up my order) all the while keeping his cool, being polite and respectful. I assumed he was the manager, but he said he was not. He should get an opportunity somewhere in the company sooner than later. As a manager myself for many years, I know a good work ethic when I see one.
Kid-friendliness: LaTroy was very kind and funny in a stressful time! My child was giggling at him
