Slowest fast food in Milton. I have given this location multiple chances and they can’t get it together.

Why does it take an hour to get food in the drive thru here? I’m trapped. It’s supposed to be FAST food. What is going on at this location?

This is by far the worst taco bell. Drive thru times are between 30-45 minutes after 9pm. Lobby doors locked before lobby closing. Appears to only be one person actually working at night. Do better.

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from a fast food restaurant. Ordered two chalupas, one grilled cheese burrito, and a luxe box at 6:38 and it wasn’t ready until 7:28 and we got 4 Doritos tacos and nachos instead of what I actually ordered. I wish I could give it 0 stars because of how badly they did

This is the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever been to! I've been stuck in the drive thru for 45 mins already and there is still 6 cars ahead of me! I would have left a long time ago, but already paid on the app.... ugh!

I would just like to Say the manager, Kenny was hard every time I’m in there . He’s always pushing his workers to do good as well. I’ve never heard him talk down to them and if there’s a problem, he’s always trying to fix it. I think he should be recognized where the head is a tail follows..

The amount of time it takes this location to make anything is absolutely horrific. I have given them chance time and time again due to the close proximity but have spent over an hour waiting for food on more than one occasion and it’s not even that good or correct for it to take as long as it does. If they took the time and made it correctly they would at least have that going for them. The fact it can go on this long like this speaks wonders about the management. I will not be back again.

Definitely not as put together as the Pace location,
Which is ironic because I always see their district manager at the Pace location helping, but I’ve never seen the district manager helping at the Milton store when the Milton store has recently got more busy because of just the growing community around that store. But anytime I’ve ordered it’s always either been extremely understaffed or they’re out of everything and I don’t necessarily think it’s the employees fault however a management issue. Graded most of the employees at the Milton store I’ve noticed are younger, which is totally understandable for a first time job and comparative to the pace store -whom a lot of the employees are older. And usually when I am there (Milton), I’ve noticed a lot of people come in from drive-through saying that they’re missing things almost every single time I’ve ever dined in and saw the amount of people coming in saying that they’re from drive-through and they forgot this or they messed up this. So something needs to be done as far as training management and being able to hold the infrastructure of the growing community around this particular location. Pace is also a busy store but the management and organization is so much more organized and pleasant.
This is the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. If you drive for Uber eats or DoorDash or anything else, please do not even waste your time accepting the order. You will wait 45 minutes to an hour. I waited over an hour for a crunch wrap supreme, and two tacos and a Baja blast and I still didn’t get it. I ended up dropping the order and the entire time. The old woman kept telling me it was being prepared and then it turns out they had not even started on it the entire time. This place is extremely poorly run. Whomever runs this should be ashamed of themselves. I see people standing around in the back all the time while the line will literally wrap around the building and all the way into the parking lot of the Walmart market and there will be 20 to 30 people standing in the lobby waiting on their orders…. Extremely poorly run. Whoever the manager is you need to find a new line of work. You have no idea what you are doing. This store is literally a joke. I hope you go out of business. Truly, I hope you end up shutting down, but unfortunately, there will always be people who will come even if it took him 24 hours to get their food they would still come. I hate this store, also I’ve smelled marijuana smoke coming off of some of the employees so I don’t know if they are getting stoned at work or what but that’s probably part of why they take an hour to make an order. You guys need to go out of business I will never ever go here again and I will never ever take an order there again. Absolute waste of time and money to even attempt to pick up from this restaurant. You guys are a joke. Next time I drive by and see the line wrapped around the building i amgoing to snap a photo for the whole world to see. Please don’t go to the store. You are better off driving to Navarre. You will get your food faster or go to the one in pace but do not go to the store. Also, they have a horrible habit of giving you the wrong stuff so even after waiting for an hour there’s a very good chance you will get the wrong order and then you have to wait another hour to get the correct order so please do not go here. It is an absolute nightmare of an experience.

Genuinely the worst experience ever. Entire order was wrong, i turned in 3 tacos that were wrong and received wrong ones back. Yes i checked the screen, tried my best to check the order before leaving. ALSO took over a hour to get my food in the drive through. Let’s just say, don’t go to this taco bell.

This place always gets my order wrong and they cuss and act like idiots behind the counter. After telling me my order would be ready for about 45 minutes I was then told by the lady she forgot to submit my DoorDash order. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
