I came to the Texas Roadhouse right here in Milton with my girlfriend so we can have a nice dinner after a very long week. We showed up around 9:20 on 01/09/2026. We were welcomed in and sat within a few minutes. From there we ordered our drinks and went to the restroom. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The men’s restroom door was open and the smell of urine was beyond disgusting. Paper towels and trash ALL THROUGHOUT THE BATHROOM like a wild animal had been kept in there. The urinals we’re awfully disgusting and to top it off the soap dispenser on the left side was no working and the one on the right was busted open and I couldn’t get any soap out of it. Just to walk out of the bathroom and see workers sitting down flirting instead of making the bathroom at least smell and look a little better. Anyways that was strike one. I then went back to my table and waited on the server to bring our legend margaritas and ordered out combo appetizer. Once she came I had some questions about the different steaks by the front as well as the roadkill option that was on the menu. Both of which I never seen before. Just wanted a little information. I was given a quick explanation and then was walked away from. Still confused but now no longer interested. That was strike 2 We ordered our food and was enjoying our dinner. Our ticket was $103 for 2 people. Not once was our water refilled. Not once were we checked up on during enjoying our dinner. We then had gotten full and once she did come around I asked for boxes where she brought my 3 boxes and NO BAG, and proceeds to pull our ticket out of her pocket and place it on the table. Never did she ask if we were going to be getting any desserts or anything WHICH I WAS PLANNING ON GETTING. Nor did she even give us a minute to digest our food and look at deserts. It was just rushing us out the door the moment we walked in. This was strike 3 At this point I’ve had enough. I asked the next passing server if she could please get us a bag. I paid the bill and left. Usually I tip pretty big. For this ticket. She would’ve made $35 but she only made $10 and quite frankly it should’ve went to the kitchen. Food was delicious. Service was horrible. And the bathroom was even worse. Honestly debated going here or longhorn. I feel as if I made the wrong choice.

We had a fantastic dinner at TX RDH in Milton, FL, tonight. Kayla was an excellent server and made sure we had everything we needed. Steak was cooked perfectly as ordered and the fried catfish was delicious. Very good customer service.

We went in about an hour before it closed, the server you could tell was ready to be done with the night. Charge me for 5 sodas when we had four out of water. My 33.00 bone-in ribeye I asked to be medium rare was clearly medium well.

This waiter came and asked us to wait outside wen its 40 something degrees outside we said why they said cuz we are not ready 4 u yet then they were rude as hell with us so we left before we even got sat. I waited tables for ten years been in service industry my whole life and never have I seen someone ask a group of people to wait outside
Was a great place to eat until ya actually find out the VIEW POINT OF A MANAGER AND IT'S BY CHOICE NOT TO VISIT THE ROAD HOUSE ANYMORE

The service was excellent! I ordered the country fried steak,wasn't good at all. We also ordered the onion blossom which was cooked all the way through which was very good. Been to others where it wasn't cooked all the way. All in all very good.
