I personally love my steaks medium to rare, but my husband does not. He likes his with barely any pink. His T-bone came out red. Asked the waitress to take it back and cook it some more, and then the manager brought it back out.... still red inside, had him take it back. Another 10-15 mins go by, and he comes back out. Steak is burnt. We were all done w our food, and my husband had 2 bites of his steak. He got charged full price. I told my husband and mother in law to let me get the manager to rectify this, but mil didn't want to get embarrassed. I was very disappointed that it wasn't automatically discounted in some form. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that our waitress was wonderful. She was attentive and empathetic.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken critters and they looked really old. Called the manager and he said sorry...Look at these, they are old and too hard to eat! Tried to give them to my pets to eat...no way! They didnt want them either. The manager said he até some for lunch and they were fine...really??? I was there at 5 pm...has nothing to do with it. I even offered to send him these pics because he didn't believe me. Way too hard to eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL! The management doesn't care how you feel or what they serve. They look nothing like the photos on the menu!

We visited here on Veterans Day, and wow, was it ever busy! We were still seated quickly and served almost immediately. The server was very attentive considering how packed this place was, and the food arrived hot and just right. I would definitely eat here again
I just left after having a late lunch. It’s my son’s 8th birthday and all he wanted was to go eat there so we did. The service was horrible. Our server was Rachel and she was told repeatedly it was his birthday but after we had ate and bagged all our food she still had to be reminded that we were waiting on them to sing to my child. He was so disappointed thinking everyone forgot and then we had to wait even longer for our to go order that she also forgot about and she never once filled our drinks. I will not be back . I will go to the one in Pensacola maybe but not Milton
Really good date night for me and my wife. They were having a contest for who sold the most ribeye . I had to get one. Had some of their buffalo wings, snake bites , and fried pickles. I had the ribeye and the wife had prime rib. Couldn’t go wrong. Service was absolutely great.
