Music is too loud, you can not hear the person you are seated across from or seated next to. The waiter/waitress just automatically asks what kind of alcoholic beverage you want, and is quite disappointed when she is told 2 sweet teas, and 2 waters..(we don't drink alcohol). Only the younger couples are seated close by the door or where the wait staff can get to them easily..my food is not ever cooked correctly..and I have checked..you don't dare ask for regular butter..the staff thinks everyone love cinnamon butter..it's disgusting!! The staff won't listen..they think they know everything! The lightening is too dark..and it is just not worth our time to spend money for inattentiveness anymore. We have always tipped very well also! I wish I could say the service is as great as it used to be..but it's not!!

So its my birthday so I order some food get back to where I was going and instead of a medium well I get a well done couldnt even bite into the burger so I had to drive 20 mins back to get my food couldnt have birthday dinner with my wife. Will say the replaced my meal though oh make sure you ask for plastic wear cause the gave us nothing to eat with

This is a great place. Took my Wife and Daughter, all 3 of us enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was great, attentive, and friendly. The staff was positive and friendly as well, all seemed to enjoy their job. We will be going back and I would definitely recommend! Food was as good as expected!
This location is always clean, friendly, well staffed. The managers are always visible and consistent in making rounds and helping run food, drinks, seat parties. No complaints at all. It is a weekly favorite in our family.
