My husband and I have been eating here since 2020. We always take it to-go but the food is nice and hot even after a 47 minute drive home with it. Every time we eat from here the food is fresh, the flavor never misses, the customer service is amazing and the AMOUNT of food that you get can serve for 2 people per meal. It takes 15 minutes from the time I place my order to the time I pick it up for them to make my food. The longest wait I ever had was 4 minutes and that’s on a weekend when it was busy! All around in OUR opinion, this place is amazing and I hope more families get to experience the food they offer. For reference, my husband gets the hibachi combination with chicken and steak (medium rare because by the time we get it home it’s medium which is how he likes it), with extra yum yum sauce. I get the chicken teriyaki with noodles and vegetables and extra teriyaki sauce. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼

While I love the food. Walking in there, there always seems to be the cashiers boyfriend hanging around. Not that I care he’s there my issue is as a customer walking in seeing guy hug all on her behind the register as i’m walking up is unprofessional. You’re at your job, not hanging out with your boyfriend time.

I usually don’t post negative stuff like this but we eat here often and all I can say is the quality/quantity of their food has decreased and the prices haven’t. I usually order an order of shrimp tempura with our meal and usually can only eat 2-3 of them because of their size. Now they’re so small and you literally can’t even taste the shrimp; they tasted like a pancake battered french fry. This place has got to get back to the quality/quantity of their food. Unfortunately this is the last time we’ll be back for a while.

I’ve ordered and consumed Asian food from Hawaii to San Francisco to Atlanta in the last 50 years and this place just served up a takeout order that ranks as the very worst ever. Absolutely garbage. Borderline inedible. The noodles were an almost inseparable clump of goo, the chicken teriyaki was basically throw away parts fried into oblivion, all piled atop mushy vegetables in a watery awful tasting sauce. A complete disaster. The soup almost made me gag.

The front desk people were so rude to me for no reason. I don’t know if it was because i’m younger but no communication. Could not speak clearly. I was very kind even though they were rude and still juts starred forward like they didn’t wanna work their job.

I gave this place numerous chances, they have consistently messed up the order and skimp on their ingredients. This place is a HUGE disappointment compared to yummy poke on bayou in Pensacola. There is no options for poke in pace and y’all have the whole market. Do better.

This restaurant should have a breakdown on their receipt so the costumer will know how much is their food.We ate at thier restaurant last night and I add all the food we ordered its about 65 including tax but I paid 71?? Dishonest service will bring this business down!

You seriously have got to do something about the chicken. The chicken is literally nothing but trash fat with no meat on it. I literally had to throw it all away because it was so bad. Please just raise the prices and give us real chicken because that chicken is pathetic. It’s like small bits of crust with zero meat.
