Megan, the store manager at the garcon point road new location went above and beyond for my family today. Our Online order got mixed up due to picking the wrong store and she QUICKLY helped get a new order in and handled the whole thing so professionally and with a smile on her face. We were all so impressed with the care she gave us and grateful appreciated how helpful she was. We love waffle house and this is our new favorite spot that we will be eating at from now on!

Ive been going to waffle house my whole life and theres a couple servers ive noticed who are just kind and pleasant all the time so I really wanna shout out Katelyn for being so kind and having such a good attitude.

Great experience at this location the service and food was 5 stars and above. The service was fast and the food was fresh and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. I will definitely will stop by again if I’m passing through.
