ALWAYS CHECK! If you pay for sauces, CHECK YOUR BAG. They absolutely under no circumstances, give them to you. This location used to be great but lately something’s changed. They have no problem stealing money from you. Always check your bag at the window because they can’t be trusted anymore.

I ordered online and came to pick it up and was missing multiple things from my order. After getting that fixed and driving home I realized my honey butter chicken biscuit was missing the honey butter completely like they didn't even try to put a drop on it. After realizing this and driving all the way back to the store was told very rudely by the manager that she couldn't do anything because breakfast was over, by 10 to 15 minutes btw. I know that there are certain times breakfast is sold but come on you messed up my order and 10 minutes after "breakfast is over" I can't get the thing I wanted and paid for. This store has many many issues like this and I honestly believe you are better off finding somewhere else to eat. Some staff are rude and most of the managers are extremely rude and don't care about your experience in their stores. Wish this place would hire better managment then it would be ok.

For the last 14 years I've always had my orders come out wrong 50% of the time, and every time I called them they happily remade it.
Now, come to find out, they were never doing anything to rectify the mistakes their employees made when getting the order wrong, and instead blaming the customer, claiming we "just want free food".
Actually disgusting mentality and an abysmally failing managerial practice.
I was served RANCID and actively ROTTING brown lettuce in a chicken sandwich that made my unsuspecting girlfriend begin to violently vomit for about 10 minutes after unknowingly take a bite of.
The employees even begged me not to hold up the rotting brown lettuce for everyone in the restaurant to see, instead quickly wrapping it up, throwing it away and disregarding it.
Every employee here needs to be reviewed and re-trained, except for Trent.
Very sad how far the mighty have fallen.

Absolutely disgusting, have had issues multiple times with them and was given literal ROTTEN lettuce in my sandwich that caused me food poisoning! Went inside asking for refund, did not want a remake AT ALL. Accused me of just wanting another remake and that I have issues every week with them. Maybe have workers that don't feed customers ROTTEN food and you wouldn't have so many issues! Disgusting!

The young lady with pink hair at the drive though was very unprofessional. She expressed how she wished she wasn’t in her uniform because she looks really sexy outside of it in normal clothes. Also asked me and my boyfriend how old she looked and expressed she couldn’t wait to turn 21 to get drunk. We asked her nothing that led to her saying these things, very unprofessional and a very bad look not only for the restaurant but also for her as a person.
