When I walked in everybody was chatting because there were no customers at the counter, but it wasn’t very clean and no one was straightening up or filling up the bins.

I got a chicken burrito bowl and a Carne Asada burrito and they barely put any meat in so I had to ask for a little more just to make it a normal fill, for which they of course, charged me a double cost for me.

When they went to roll it, it was obvious the person rolling it was new employee and didn’t know how to do it. It was breaking apart. It was wet on the outside from the sour cream and salsa. It was falling out of aluminum foil so they had to wrap another aluminum foil just to keep it from falling out. I mentioned it to the floor supervisor who watched the kid roll it and he gave zero cares. Even said it’s not that hard to wrap a burrito if you’re trained right. I literally just looked at him like here’s your sign. But since he didn’t care, I figured what’s the point.

When I got home, of course it was soggy and stuck to the aluminum foil because it had been wet from the sour cream and salsa. The rice was actually crunchy where it had burned or dried out. The Carne Asada tasted old tasting and had a different kind of odor than other locations. Super weird because people choose Carne Asada, cause it’s supposed to be a higher quality of steak and their other steak that they offer. I threw over half of it away. The burrito bowl was also not great and my teen threw it away. Such a waste of money. Won’t be back.

This location constantly does not have salad dressing due to their “blender being broke”- chipotle is a large franchise I think you can afford a new blender, up charge for it if you need to but this has been going on for weeks

I’ve been a customer here for a while and generally enjoy the food, though the experience can vary depending on the service. Recently, I’ve noticed the portion sizes have become smaller while the prices remain the same. I believe improving portion consistency and overall cleanliness would make the dining experience even better.

Food is always good but it just isn't worth it. Daughter ordered a kids Quesadilla and it's just laughably small. So I ordered an adult Quesadilla in the app after she finished it since you can't order that in store. Says it will be ready at 6:40. No big deal that's in 10 minutes and most of us are still eating. 6:44 it's marked as ready to pick-up but nothing is in the pick-up area. Around 6:50 they're finally putting it in the big microwave thing and it's not bagged and ready for us till 6:53. Marking orders ready 10 minutes before they actually are is exactly why the app is incorrectly estimating when orders are ready.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. They are CONSISTENTLY out of fajita vegetables. I mean literally every time I come here they don’t have any. This was my final straw, waited behind one person for over 20 minutes while staff aimlessly walked around just to finally get my turn and then have no fajita vegetables, no carne asada, and almost nothing from the salsa side.

Consistently terrible service and a disgusting inside. I won’t be back again.

Chipotle is slowly becoming the worst quick service company I’ve ever been to. When chipotle first opened they had amazing customer service and amazing fresh food. I ordered a bowl with extra protein extra cheese and extra veggies and side of guacamole I pull up to the store window and they proceed to tell me they are out of everything I open my bowl there is 8 pieces of steak the bowl is empty with some lettuce and cheese on top. If you are out of food you should update your online services so you can’t order it when I opened the bowl I was turned off and wanted a refund and they proceeded to tell me that I would contact customer service. This place is clearly managed terribly as the staff was not rude but didn’t know how to create a solution for the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would save your money and eat Taco Bell

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle today. The manager on duty showed a complete lack of customer service. One of the team members prepared my food, and then the manager came over and actually took away part of the portion of meat from my bowl. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also felt disrespectful as a customer who is paying for their meal.

I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect courtesy and consistency. The team member was doing a great job, but the manager’s behavior made the whole experience negative. This location really needs better management and training on how to treat customers. I believe the managers name was Ivette. This isn’t the only bad experience I’ve had with her.
