1 star reviews are a consistent thing here it seems at this particular location and I agree! Please get more staff pulled in in a Saturday and waited inline for 15 mins to get to the window?? Do we know how to staff the stores?

waited 45 MINUTES to brew up some coffee and put it in a box. fire everybody here and get new management immediately. worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been too. been like this since it opened and never has changed.

Quite literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life

I came in to get a coffee and two workers were there. One woman was handling the drive-through, so I patiently waited at the register. Meanwhile, the other worker, a man, was sitting down. He looked right at me, got up, and walked past me, and didn’t acknowledge me or come to help. When the woman finished with the drive-through, she still didn’t come over—not to me or anyone else. Other customers started lining up behind me, and still, no one was helped. We all ended up leaving. Horrible service. Completely unacceptable.

There has been multiple times I’ve gotten into line and waited 40 minutes for food/drinks that I Mobile ordered 20 minutes ahead of time. Not to mention food is stale, I’ve stopped going here and switched to different Dunkin.

The manager that I’ve seen working here multiple times is often frazzled and the employees constantly complain about how busy they are in front of customers

The drive thru was terrible. I was in line for my mobile order for 10 minutes and I was only the 3rd car in drive thru. Then I get to window and they forget my 2 donuts and I got an iced macchiato with vanilla 3 pumps and there is no vanilla in there. Geeze thankfully I fixed my coffee when I got home but I did get my donuts after telling him 3 times I wanted a chocolate glazed and a vanilla creme. It was a mobile order look at the receipt

This is by far one of the worst managed stores. The staff is always overworked and super slow. They are unable to get orders right. I order a coffee iced Carmel coffee milk no sugar and they gave me a cup of nothing but creamer.
