Jersey Mike's Subs

Refuse to make Accommodations to their menu. Have all the ingredients to make the sub. Per franchisee manager, It's what's on the menu and that's what you can order.

I ordered a sandwich to go with extra mayo. He repeated my order then made the sandwich without any mayo. I had to drive back to complain. This WAS my first time at Jersey mikes. Also the last!

Normally JM is my go to sub place but tonight it was not good. Don't know if it was someone new or not but we ordered a Philly cheese steak and a chipotle cheese steak, I didn't get my chipotle sauce.....they were both very dry and not very good subs.....will have to avoid this location for a bit.

Bacon cold on sandwich the girl very nice butt a lier. I asked if bacon was hot she said it's a steam table. How is bacon hot on top of a container full of other bacon? I started eating sandwich and bacon cold on a hot sandwich. First time was a year ago. I should have never gone back. I learned my lesson23 dollars. No more

I love their sandwiches with Mike's special relish.

I don't come here often but it is a part of my pregnancy cravings. The guy who helped me and made my sandwiches was amazing. He was patient and helpful. It seemed like he was helping someone who was training... 1/31/25 around 6:20-6:30 ish. My kids were also waving at them through the glass and they were being playful with them right back.

We will be back more often!

Jersey Mike’s subs are great, but if you’re not going to make a customer feel welcome at 8:30 pm then you should close at 8:30 pm. I can understand five minutes before closing, but 30 minutes is just ridiculous. I got the typical rushed feeling, but the only reason I'm writing this review is because my onions were ripped by hand, instead of cut, and my tomatoes were cut on the dirty counter, when the clean cutting board was right there. I'll just go next door and get a Pub sub next time.

We have always loved their subs but today we found out how outstanding their customer service is too! A mix up on a Door dash order was fixed quickly and with a friendliness we have not seen in a decade. A corrected order, a personal note and a kind smile. Loyal customers for life.

N Hancock location: If you could clone the young lady working the slicer, you could feed an entire football stadium by the end of the 1st qt.

This location makes a great philly cheese steak. Plenty of veggies and steak on fresh bread. But all their subs taste fresh and good. I have never had a bad sub.

First time visit to this location and I have to say that I'm impressed. Location was brightly lit and clean. The employees were well-dressed and friendly. The location almost looked like it came out of the promotional ads.

Order was prepared quickly and delivered to my table. As flavorful as always.

The only downside, which can't really be helped in this economy, are the prices keep going up...

Will return in the future when in the area.

Casual customers here but from the east side of Orlando; yesterday we ordered 2 subs, I prefer the chicken cheese options. Yesterday’s was by far the worst sub I’ve ever paid money for. The sad part is, I was very hungry and looking forward to a good sub from Jersey Mike’s so I bought the giant chicken cheese club. The chicken was beyond salty and bitter. Never had that before. I tried to remove the chicken after 3 bites to identify what that taste was, and sure enough, it was solely the chicken. I’ve had horrible stomach and gastrointestinal issues since the bites from this sub. A pure shame.

We paid for this sub. I will not be giving my money away for food that will end up thrown out.
