This might seem silly but I love it when any food service matches energy and firmly believe they need a highlight to make them smile. To Nathaniel and the other employees working tonight, you guys are an amazing crew! I don’t want to say too much because people are stupid and adults get mad over silly things (p.s. I am an adult) but don’t lose that positive energy and spark. That’s what phenomenal food service is about!

I never thought I’d be making a review for a McDonald’s. Like this is literally laughable. But unfortunately, the service had my mother and I waiting for at least 15 minutes in drive-thru and so we drove to the window to order and got complete disrespect and was told to wait another few minutes since we took our order at the window instead (which btw was fine, we’re okay with waiting). But this was very unprofessional. The female worker not only had an attitude, but was also in a probable state of distress. McDonald’s do better. I don’t want to make another review.
